                       The Director of the Alien Enemy Control Unit has agreed to furnish the
               Service with summaries of the information in his records on the basis of which
               alien enemies were ordered interned, and it is desired that you immediately
               furnish the Central Office the names of the twenty or thirty internees
               concerning whom you would most like to have this information.
                      
                       It should be borne in mind that the Alien Enemy Control Unit has little
               information concerning aliens who were brought to the United States from
               Latin America and others who were not arrested under Presidential warrant.
                      
                       The Alien Enemy Control Unit will give attention first to the preparation
               of summaries relative to the internees whose names you furnish. Thereafter,
               summaries of the security information in the cases of all internees will be
               furnished as quickly as possible.
