BURGANDY CHARLES

Age: 19

Personal Duty: Lab Assistant. Burgandy is a young intern close to the youth's age, and therefore she relates to them on a peer-esque level.

Outward Appearence: Burgandy is somewhat of a slob, and her personal appearence reflects that, in fact, some of the lab personnel have judged and treated her harshly because of this. despite her slobbishness, she is VERY efficient, and quickly adjusting to the hospital environment, as well as looking for a way to move up in the staff. She is otherwise very plain-looking, about 5'5" with long, uncontrolable crimson hair that sometimes falls over a large part of her face, and grey-green eys. She still retains a little baby-fat from her youth, but isn't obese. On the contrary, the weight that she hasn't lost from childhood gives her the womanly figure that few notice beneath the non-descript lab coat and earthy clothes. The only distingishing characteristic about her is the streak of red, red hair that she hides with a braid.

Outward Personality: Burgandy is very laid back, and calm. She retians common sense in times when others generally panic. While she isn't per se a hippie, she learned the attitude well from her parents and applies it to everyday useage. She has a vicous temper, and on the rare occasions when it is raised, things are often destroyed. Usually conflict affects her like water on a ducks back, she deals with it justly and appropriatly and is done with it, however if too many things happen that she can't deal with she is apt to let them simmer until they blow up. And of course, in scenes of extreme anger, she can't help but blow up.

Inward Personality: Burgandy is SHY! In a big way, she passes unnotices, does her job, and goes on to the next. In most of her classes, she has passes unnoticed. Not even her overwhelming brilliance has been noticed because she doesn't speak much in class and leaves as soon as it's over. She wants to have friends that appreciate her, but that would involve talking to people she doesn't know, and she doesn't feel brave enough to do that. She craves attention, but hasn't the slightest idea of how to attain it.

Background: Burgandy was raised by hippie parents, and grew up in a house of open emotion and overwhelming support. Her parents encouraged individualism, but she couldn't break out of her good-girl routine no matter how hard she tried. And soon that became the conflict. Her mother wanted a cheerleader and a scholor, her father wanted an athele, but she was usually too burried in her studuies for much else. Burgandy wants to help people --- to save people's lives, so that she can become a force in the lives that she saves.
