About Us

The Civil Servants of Evil show is hosted by two teenagers from Houston. Running out of Chuck's bedroom, armed only with laptop, microphone, telephone and CD player, we are here to seize the net. The whole idea started sometime late 1998, when an idea was sparked for making a pirate radio station. That idea quickly became nothing once we realized that we wouldn't go through the time, energy, and most importantly, the money, just so we can have the FCC bust down our door. So instead we took our voices to the net.

Chuck is the runner of most of the hardware, and is also the maintainer of the webpage. Gathering whatever cash he could, he eventually saved the incredible sum of $10 to buy a microphone for his laptop. Along with his technical expertise, he is able to run the web radio show, and set the clock on the VCR.
Riboflavin adds his telephony wit and charm to make crank calls for the show. A graduate of elementary school, he uses his wit and intellect he gained to yell swear words into the microphone. Plus he has a large collection of music CDs, and it makes you wonder if he deals drugs and/or firearms to maintain his collection.

    Local resident punk guy. Whatever music that Riboflavin doesn't have, he will possess. His soft spoken words carrry a melody quite unlike his rampaging destructive inner soul. He was a guest on our second show (June 26, 1999) and fights for freedom, uncensorship, and nonconformity.
