Chipped Beef Casserole

1 lg. jar dried beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery 
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour 
1/4 cup parsley
Milk (about 1-1/2 cups) 
Cooked macaroni (apprx. 2 cups)
Cheddar Cheese

1) In large pan, saute onion and celery in melted margarine 
until tender.

2) Break dried beef into small pieces and add to cooked onion
and celery.

3) Stir until beef is browned.  

4) Add flour to mixture, stir, add milk to make medium thick sauce.  

5) Add parsley flakes (about 1/4 cup).   
 
6) In casserole add 1/2 of the cooked macaroni, then 1/2 of the 
sauce mixture, repeat.  

Note:  is sauce is too thick add some more milk at this point.  

7) Then, top with cheddar cheese and bake in 400 degree oven 
about 25-30 minutes until cheese is slightly brown and casserole 
is bubbly.
