Crab Dip

 4 tbsp butter
 4 tbsp flour
 1/2 pint table cream
 2 tsp parsley
 3/4 cup grated charp cheese
 1 lb crab meat
 salt & pepper
 
 1) Heat butter, add flour and cream in a sauce pan.  Simmer
 until thick.
 
 2) Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except for 
 cheese.
 
 3) Pour 1/2 of mixture into 1/2 quart buttered casserole dish.
 
 4) Sprinkle with half the cheese.  Add remaining mixture and 
 remaining cheese.
 
 5) Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
