Crockpot Turkey Creole

1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 large  onion, diced
3/4 cup celery, diced
24 oz   canned tomatoes, whole
5 tsp    creole seasoning or chili powder
4 cups  cooked turkey chunks
salt and pepper to taste
6 cups cooked rice ( your choice wild, white, brown, and long grain )

1) Put all ingredients into crockpot on low for 8 t0 10 hrs.

2) Serve over cooked rice.
