12 vanilla wafers 2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 can cherry pie filling. 1) Line muffin tin with foil liners. 2) Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. 3) Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed until well-blended. 4) Add eggs. Mix well. 5) Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. 6) Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. 7) Remove from pan when cool. Chill. 8) Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
