BBQ Beef

3-4 lb chuck roast
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 cups ketchup
1 cup water
2 large onions chopped

1) Place chuck roast in a large crockpot.

2) In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over
roast.

3) Cook on low setting for 10-12 hrs.

4) Shred beef before serving.
