Easy Potato Casserole

8-10 potatoes
1/4 cup soft margarine
1 pint sour cream
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can french fried onions

1) Cook 8-10 potatoes with jackets.  Let cool, then peel and slice 
into baking dish.

2) Mix together - soft margarine, sour cream, chopped onion, 1 can 
cream of chicken soup, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, salt to taste.  
Pour mixture on sliced potatoes and toss to mix well. Cover with 
canned French Fried Onion Rings. 

3) Bake (uncovered) @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
