Scalloped Potatoes

4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 thinly sliced onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. margarine
1-3/4 cups milk
1/2 lb. sliced swiss cheese

1) Wash and slice potatoes and onions.  

2) Combine flour, salt and pepper.  

3) Place 1/2 potatoes in greased 9" x 13" pan.  Sprinkle with 
1/2 flour mixture.  Add 1/2 onion., then 1/2 cheese.  
Dot with 1/2 margarine.  

4) Cover with remaining potatoes, sprinkle with rest of flour mixture.  

5) Add remaining onions, dot with rest of margarine.  

6) Top with remaining cheese.  Pour milk carefully over all.  

7) Cover and bake about 30 minutes at 325 degrees.  Uncover and 
bake for approximately 45 minutes more, or until done.
