1/2 lb butter 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese 2 lbs powdered sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 2 tbsp vanilla chopped nuts 1) In a sauce pan melt butter and cheese. 2) Sift together the sugar and cocoa then add to the cheese and butter mixture. 3) Add vanilla and nuts. 4) Mix well and spread evenly in a greased 9x13 pan (11x7 for thick fudge). 5) Cool and cut into pieces. Makes about 6 1/2 pounds of candy.
