Sometime during Mike's relationship with Adele, he had
started writing lyrics for a song. From reading them, it was
probably somewhat early in the relationship. He never
finished the song, and there's no way to know if he had the
melody worked out. Mike didn't read or write music...he just
played it.
Hey there little lady - what'cha gonna do tonight I like your fancy boots and your jeans you wear oh so tight Now all the guys turn their heads when you walk past And it ain't no secret that they're lookin' at your nice ass Won't you come on home with me girl 'n' let me hold you
tightI wanna take off those boots and make love to you all night
We'll turn up the stereo - play a little soul And then we'll commence to make the house rock & roll Hey there little lady - what'cha gonna do tonight Hey there little lady - what'cha gonna do tonight Won't you give us a chance - I know it could be alright You say you don't know - you're not sure if you should I've got a feelin' if you do it could be real good I want you to know I'm not lookin' for a one-night-stand And if you're looking for lovin' I might just be your man
I'm not sayin' that I'll give you my heart But you just never know if this could be the start Hey there little lady - what'cha gonna do tonight We'll turn up the stereo - play a little soul And then we'll commence to make the house rock & roll Hey there little lady - what'cha gonna do tonight Hey there little lady - what'cha gonna do tonight
