If the Ventrue are the nobility of the Camarilla then the Lasombra are the nobility of the Sabbat. They influence the church and nobility everywhere they go. They take second seat to no other clan and lead the Sabbat with the same efficiency that the Ventrue do the Camarilla.    In elder days, the Lasombra were a revered nobel clan, but after the Anarch Revolt young Lasombra rebelled against their sires wanting to lead their own unlives and not be puppets to their sires. Their Antediluvian was slain and the Lasombra control their unlives as they see fit. They are also considered dangerous by other clans.    The Lasombra choose their childer wisely. A potential childer must be strong of mind, have the courage and the power to manipulate others to their whims. If the person can not master himself he has no chance of mastering others and that is not what the Lasombra want out of their childers.
