This is the new way of getting dx flags.  the old way sucked.  it took
too much time for you the members to get your flags to work right.
now,  just click on the flag you want and begin downloading.  shift
click them,  then save to you bz addon folder and your all set.  if 
any flags don't work or the links don't work place their name below 
and send it in.
