Mike Rubino is my name and bass playin’ is my game. I grew up in Kittery, Maine where I began playing the bass at 14. I instantly fell in love with the instrument. I started with the grunge influence of Nirvana but my horizons quickly expanded to all types of music. My influences are Stevie Ray Vaughn, BB. King, Pantera, Enya, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Jethro Tull, Rage Against the Machine, The Stones, Smashing Pumpkins, Everclear, Less Than Jake and Charles Mingus. As you can tell these artists are all very different which reflect the different styles I apply to Logan 3.

I currently go to school at Quinnipiac College for physical therapy. There’s a lot more boring stuff you probably don’t want to know so all I got to say is, hey! Forget about it!
