Pictured above, Nancy E. Franks Hager (c1853MS-1913TX), widow of James Hager, and her 5 living daughters. This picture was taken ca 1900-1901 shortly after Nancy's arrival in Texas from Arkansas. She moved to Texas to live near her Franks relatives after the death of her husband. Nancy was the daughter of Oliver Franks and Cynthia Gann. She was born in Mississippi, probably Itawamba County and lived also in Desoto County, Mississippi, Izard County, Arkansas, Conway County, Arkansas and Caldwell County, Texas.

Pictured above Isaac Lemuel Franks and his wife Louise Shipley Franks with youngest son Arthur in Caldwell County, Texas in 1903. Isaac Franks (14 Mar 1852 MS - 10 Jul 1932 Caldwell Co, TX) was a son of Oliver and Cynthia Franks Gann and grandson of Jeremiah and Mourning Fisher Franks. His sister Nancy is in the picture immediately above.

Oliver Samuel Franks was born 16 Oct, 1875 in Izard Co, AR married Ada Mae Jenkins of Lockhart, TX. He died 30 Sep 1960 in Wellington TX. She died 1949 in Wellington.

Oliver was the son of Jeremiah T Franks and Mary Rebecca Rader Franks and grandson of Oliver Franks and Cynthia Gann Franks.

Jacob F. Franks b 7 Aug 1856 is the man sitting on the far right. The man in front is his son in law and the others are probably Franks men. Jacob F. Franks was the son of Isaac Franks and Elizabeth Gann. .

On the right is Sallie Elizabeth Franks B: 3/7/1882 D: 3/26/1940 Chickasaw Co. Ms. She married John William Criddle. On the left is her brother Ollie Franks (probably Oliver L. Franks). The picture is taken in front of Ollie's store. Sallie and Ollie are daughter and son of Jacob F. Franks, above.
