The produce comes into the shed from the farms in large plastic bins.
It is then stored in cold rooms until it is ready to be packed. |

This is the equipment that we use to pack the vegetables, the machine
in the front is the bin tipper and behind it is the capsicum grader. |

Here you see some of the shed personnel packing egg fruit into boxes
ready for marketing |

In the back ground you can see pallets of packed boxes just waiting
to be loaded onto the trucks for transport to the southern markets. |
