Captain Strong - 140 HP / 0 PP / 15 SPEED / 20 OFFENSE / 24 DEFENSE / No Shields. Strong doesn't live up to his name very well. Try to keep your HP above 40. Start with a PSI Special Alpha, followed by Bash attacks. Refill your energy whenever necessary. He isn't so tough by himself, but he can be brutal after fights with four police officers.

Carbon Dog - 1,672 HP / 0 PP / 31 SPEED / 159 OFFENSE / 174 DEFENSE / No Shields. This hot dog can't stand a good PSI Freeze Omega or two. Focus on beating him quickly. It's a good idea to launch a Multi- Bottle Rocket to end the battle against him. But wait! There's more (see; Diamond Dog)!

Carefree Bomb - 504 HP / 0 PP / 31 SPEED / 135 OFFENSE / 215 DEFENSE. Much tougher than it looks, the CFB tosses bombs and Super Bombs at you at every turn. It also takes a lot of hits and has no weakness to exploit.

Carrot Key - After you defeat the Plague Rat of Doom, climb the ladder, learn the Melody, then open the package to get the Key.

Cave Boy -314 HP / 0 PP / 79 SPEED / 21 OFFENSE / 33 DEFENSE. Cave Boy is a nasty Neanderthal with a spiked club. He looks mean -- and he is mean. Use a powerful attack to send him back to the stone age.

Chaos Theater - Outside of the Chaos Theater, talk to a couple of guys from the Runaway Five to get a Backstage Pass. Enter the club, talk to all of the patrons, go backstage to talk to the band, then take in their show. It's easy to see why they're so hot! After the show, go to the manager and give him the $10,000 you got from Mr. Everdred. That will free the Runaway Five from their debt, and they'll be able to leave town. Ness and Paula can catch a ride on their tour bus to get to Threed.

City Hall - Something's up at City Hall, and it's not the morale of the workers. For some reason, most of them are unhappy with the Mayor. If you try to see the Mayor now, you'll be turned away -- by a police officer. The secretary tells you that you need to have an appointment, but she won't make one for you. After you defeat Frank at the Arcade, go to the Mayor's office. This time, his secretary will greet you warmly and invite you upstairs to meet the Mayor. He'll be so grateful to you for taking care of those pesky Sharks that he'll give you a key to the little cabin north of town. The cabin was locked up because the Sharks had trashed it. It's still a mess, but that doesn't matter -- you're only going to walk through it, not stay there.

Clubhouse - (see; Secret Clubhouse)

Clumsy Robot - 962 HP, 0 PP, starts with Psychic Shield Alpha. Try as you might, you'll never beat him. It's a good idea to use Shield # on both Ness and Jeff.
