What is LOVE?
Is love just something we have for our wife or husband?
Is love just for our friends and family?
Or is love just for people we know?
Then why does God love US?
What have we done to God to receive such great love that he
sent his only begotten son to save US?
What have I done to deserve it?
I don't understand!! I don't understand!!
Why does God love me?
All I do is study, study and study! What have I done to deserve this Grace?>
I feel so bitter, all I do is study and study,
At the end of the day, what did I gain??
Nothing but worldly knowledge,
Will that save me from the burning fire of Hell?
I don't understand? I don't understand?
Why does God keep Loving me?
After study I go out and enjoy myself and have fun and
Relax, and make myself Happy,
Is that really Joy? Is that really Happiness?
How long does that Joy last?
5 minutes? 10 minutes? Or maybe an hour?
Do I really feel Happy? Do I really feel love?
What is happiness? What is Love?
I don't know! And I don't understand?
What is the purpose of all this? Why did God put me on this
Earth?
Then God answered me:
You are there to show others the Love I have for you
You are there to spread this Love amongst your brothers and
sister
you are there to show everyone in the world how Great
my Love is, and how wonderful it is to receive my Love,
If you are weary, come to me and I will put peace in your
heart
If you are burdened, come to me and I will lift your load,
If you are sorrowful, come to me and I give you Joy!!
Then I said, but I have joy right here!
God answered:
My Joy will not last 50 minutes, it will not last 10, it
will not last 5 minutes!
My Joy that is not like worldly joy!
This Joy will stay with you forever and ever,
This Joy is the Holy Spirit!!
