Ouija was even brought up in a murder trial in the year 1994. This trial was in Hove, England and four jurors consulted a Ouija board to contact the murder victim. These members were then persuaded to render a guilty verdict. Though the conviction was reversed by appeal, the defendant was still convicted, the conventional way.
