This program is useful for keep track of your ISP or on-line service if they charge you by the hour or give you only a few hours of no charge time. It can also be used to compute time and charges for doing work, much like a taxi cab meter. Time is computed to the fraction of a minute. Time and charages are saved so you can keep track of a week or month's worth of time and charges. This program has been written up in magazines around the world (most recently in Hong Kong).
