From 1980 to somewhere before Nirvana exploded out of Seattle, Detroit produced the likes of Angry Red Planet, Sam Hain, Negative Approach, and a host of others. Forced Anger was among them. We warmed up for just about every West Coast hardcore band that hit Detroit. Seven Seconds, T.S.O.L., Suicidal Tendencies, Sonic Youth, Crucifucks, The Dicks, and more. We missed out on the Black Flag and the Dead Kennedies shows.

We played Detroit, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Flint, Lansing, and Kalamazoo.
