In 1854 Henry - his orginal Dutch name was Henderikus - immigrated with most members of his parental family into the USA and settled in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Henry H. Boekeloo (#31) and Cornelia P. Naber
The name of Henderikus H. Boekeloo (1838-1906), changed in Henry H. Boekeloo after he came to the USA with his parents in 1854. He was a brother Jacob H. Boekeloo (#27) and Derk H. Boekeloo (#29) - see their albums also - , and the youngest son of Henry F. Boekeloo and Anje J. Slager. In Kalamazoo-MI he married his spouse Cornelia P. Naber. She has been born in 1837 in Westernieland-NL and emigrated to Kalamazoo-MI with her parents about 1848.
