IN SIGHT is a Hardcore/Punk band from Trois-Rivières. The band was born in 1998 and is made of long time friends who decided to start a band just for fun. When they started, none of them knew anything about playing music, all they knew was that they wanted to play music and have fun. Later, Simon (a guitarist and friend) and Desp (vocal) joined the band. In 1999, Simon quit the band, so the band became a four piece. Some shows later, K-7 quit the band too due to some wrist problems(this is sk8board...). So now, J-M is pulling the 6 strings.

They are mostly influenced by early hardcore and punkrock but have some new school influences too. The songs are mostly about socio-political issues such as: environnement, politics, unity, media control, etc. Their main goal is to make people realize that it's about time to make some change if we want to live in a better world/society.

IN SIGHT recorded 2 demos (1999-2001) and they're planning to record a full lenght soon. This is the story so far...
