REVIEW On Bare Trees, Fleetwood Mac married the gritty electric blues-rock of their earlier incarnations to the classic pop sensibilities that would later become fully realized in 1975's Fleetwood Mac. Bob Welch's "Sentimental Lady" and Christine McVie's soulful "Spare Me a Little of Your Love" are highlights. Danny Kirwin revealed an ability to compose highly melodic material that didn't constrain the band's legendary musical chemistry. Rated: 1. (Rick Clark, All Music Guide, Volume 1, Number 1) ARTISTS
