TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT

Palladium Developments envisioned this two storey townhouse project as a quiet place close to the Fraser River. With only 30 units, this enclave is small compared to its neighbouring developments. This intimate scale is one of the project's attributes that attracted many of its purchasers.

With a density that rivals many three storey developments in the area, the community includes units with verandahs and large single storey building elements. This particular design feature has created vaulted living areas, and in some cases, second storey overlooks to living rooms below.

Unit sizes range from a small 1320 square foot three bedroom unit to a decent sized 1600 square foot townhouse. These larger units have a small family room that expands the kitchen/nook area of the homes.
