Fleetwood Gardens is a 56 unit townhouse project in Surrey, B.C. developed by Pioneer Designs Corporation. The project is currently in the rezoning phase. The developers are anticipating a mid-summer 1999 construction start with finished units available by February 2000.
Units range in size from 1,035 square feet up to 1,286 square feet, not including any unfinished basement areas. The two bedroom units will be attractive to first time buyers.
