The Heights at Royal Oaks is a stacked townhouse project in Burnaby, B.C. The project's developer is Palladium Developments.
The project is composed of 46 units. Unit types include two and three storey townhomes as well as a two storey townhome stacked over a one storey flat. All of the units sit on a concrete underground garage structure. Many of the units have direct access from the parking garage to a small unfinished basement.
The units are approximately 1200 square feet up to 1300 square feet, not including any unfinished basement areas.
The project was completed and sold out in 1996.
