A TYPICAL INTERNAL STREETSCAPE
GROUND-ORIENTED TOWNHOMES
Stanley Green is a ninety unit townhouse development at 438 Duncan Street (south-east corner of Boyd Street and the Annacis Island Highway).
The 3.26 acre site is currently zoned M-1 Light Industrial Districts, though it has never been used for industrial purposes. The Queensborough Official Community Plan designates the property as RM Residential Medium-Density and accordingly we are seeking to have the site rezoned to RM-2A Multiple Dwelling Districts (Low Rise).
The development is intended to provide modest ground-oriented housing for young families, single-parent families, couples and singles. To this end, the project has been designed with three, two and one bedroom unit types. Unit sizes range from 740 square feet to 1,287 square feet.
For additional information, contact the Planning Department at 527-4588, or the architect at 873-2907.
