I first time i heard of this guy, i was watching the grammy awards. The rap section was on, and Skee=Lo was nominated... then i heard, "...I wish I was little bit taller, I wish I was a baller, I wish I had a girl who looked good I would call her I wish I had a rabbit in a hat with a bat and a six four Impala." And I thought, "THAT'S HOW I FEEL!" Skee Lo really relates to the under-dog.

His raps are humourous with an undercurrent of social commentary
