This was part of a concert for to celebrate Tim Kaine's inauguration as governor of Virginia.
Contributor David Messick, Jr. writes: "The Beach Boys ended the evening after performances from a broad range of performers from across the state of Virginia. This included the Governor’s School Jazz Ensemble, 'Thomas Jefferson'/ a local historic interpreter, Hood Temple Male Chorus, No Speed Limit (a blue grass group… the Governor-elect played harmonica with them), Susan Greenbaum, Earl Bynum and As We Are, 'Patrick Henry', God’s Image, and The Constituents (a Hispanic group which sang 'Happy Together'.)...[The] Governor elect, performers from earlier in the evening, 'Patrick Henry,' 'Thomas Jefferson,' the Governor elect’s wife and daughters joined them onstage [for 'Barbara Ann']...John [Cowsill] brought the Governor elect’s wife and danced with her onstage [during 'Help Me, Rhonda']".
