Here's a link to a full review of this concert. According to the contributor, this was the only show in all of Europe for the whole year of 1997. Carl was absent due to illness. Opening act was Jormas, a band that also opened for the Beach Boys in Finland in 1967.
Notable is one of the first known inclusions of the "alternate" surf medley, which begins with "Surf City". This version of the surf medley would be used more extensively during the 1999-2000 tours.
