Sept 23 - Sept 30 

This week the tape I have choosen is the April 4th 1997 Southern
Championship Wrestling show from Unaka High School in Elizabethton Tn. 
Same place as Tag Wars. On this tape you get to see Dory Funk Jr, 
Buddy Landell, The Mongolian Stomper, and Tim Horner.


The first match comes from the day show for the Unaka High School 
students. It features George Youngblood vs The Mexican Saint. 
The Mexican Saint spoofs the Lucha Style. Some good work.

The second match on the tape is local business owner and former worker 
JC Black facing The Texas Equalizer. Short.

The third match is awesome as Skyfire and David Jericho face off with
Stan Lee and Eddie Golden, the Beautiful Blondes. Many good 
high spots.

The final match from the day show is Playboy Bryan Wayne, who 
substitues at the school vs the US Patroit, not WWF, Total 
kill match.

The first match from the night show has the Stallion facing off 
with the Terror. Not a great match, but not terrible either.

Next up we have a six man tag team match as the Beautiful Blondes 
and Allen King face off with Scot Sterling, Ricky Harrison and 
Donnie Dallas. Stan Lee takes teh cake after this match. 
Well worked match.

Death and Destruction come up next facing David Jericho and 
Eightball Jones. This was a very good match. Fans of D&D Will 
like it.

The feature match came up next as Dory Funk Jr and Buddy Landell 
faced the Mongolian Stomper and Tim Horner. OLD SCHOOL. STIFF.

Iron Man and G Dog faced off next in a brutal stiff match.

The final saw George Youngblood and Jamie Anderson start a triangl 
match for the US Title. Bryan Wayne joins in 10 minutes into the 
match.
