I am working on moving to Kirkland, I just bought a car and I am trying to get everything in order, what day we will leave, where we will stop, closing my bank account, etc. My roomate Ericca is moving back to Oregon, so she is going with me as far as my mom's house, then her dad will come pick her up there. I can't wait to see Doug, it's been since the beginning of the month!
July 1999

Doug arrived on July 28th and stayed until August 4th. We went to the Garden Of The Gods in Colorado Springs, gorgeous, Doug LOVED it! We went to my company picnic at Six Flags Elitch Gardens, we rode the Mind Eraser, the Boomerang and went on the Tower of Doom. We rode more rides than that, but those were the best! We had lunch, I introduced Doug to Dots Ice Cream...it was a blast! The rest of the time Doug was in Colorado we just hung out, went to the movies, things like that.
June 1999

I went to see Doug for his 23rd birthday, which was June 21st. I arrived a few days before and spent nine days with him. I am lucky to have a job that allows that! For Doug's birthday we had an appointment to get matching tattoos. We went to the appointment at about 1:00p and had them done, you can see them on the photos page. Then we went to a couple restaurants and had lunch and drinks. We then went back to Dougs apartment and had some more drinks, then ... (hehe)
