Children under 18 do not  have to  pay  for  the  convention
registration.   They  are obviously just there because their
parents are, and we don't want to burden  the  parents  with
fees  for  people with little interest in 3D.  We also would
like to start an interest in 3D in the children at an  early
age  therefore  we want to allow "free" registration for the
trade fair, stereo theater, workshops, and the movie at  the
Byrd Theatre for children under 18.

We  WILL CHARGE for banquets, breakfasts, tours, or anything
else that costs NSA money.
