Take-2 and g.o.d Sign Publishing Deal

   
   Take-2 Interactive Software and Gathering of Developers, a
   "developer-driven publishing company," today announced a
   broad-reaching strategic alliance.
   
   g.o.d. granted Take-2 exclusive European and Australian co-publishing
   rights and exclusive North American distribution rights to its first
   10 PC titles. g.o.d. also granted Take-2 certain rights of first
   refusal to publish dedicated video-game console versions of these 10
   titles worldwide (with the exception of Asia). Additionally, Take-2
   and g.o.d. have agreed to cooperate to deliver both Take-2 and g.o.d.
   products for online play, on a non-exclusive basis, through Take-2's
   newly formed Whiplash online-gaming site.
