My name is William Pratt .
I am Curriculum Manager of Information and
Communications Technology at a comprehensive school in
Eastbourne, England. I have taught in my current school
for eleven years and before that I was for ten years in
an inner London school.
I am married to Barbara and we have a 14 year old
daughter called Laura.
It is my responsibility to manage an Intranet for the
school. Some months ago the Head of History asked
me to find websites about the Home Front relevant to work
she was doing with 15-16 year olds. Actually there is
relatively little on the web about the home front
compared to sites about WWI. Anyway I stumbled on your
email list and have been an avid but silent reader for a
couple of months.
