Electromagnetic Task Force Megaranger 

The Megarangers are a group of five highschool students who attend
 Moroboshi School and were chosen to fight against the invaders of 
Nejirejia, who come from a warped other-dimension and are trying to 
take over the Earth. Kenta was selected because he had mastered the 
Megaranger video game, which was actually a testing machine set up by 
the scientific organization INET to seek out suitable candidates to 
become the Megarangers. But when Nejirejia attacked the INET 
headquarters, the five Digitizers were given to Kenta and four of his
 classmates, and though still young and inexperienced, those five 
have become the Electromagnetic Task Force Megaranger! 



Mega Red / Date Kenta   



Kenta is the least hard-working of the Megaranger team. He is always 
trying to find ways to get out of studying and only wants to play the 
Megaranger game at the arcade. He is a hot-headed overconfident 
person who thinks he is strong enough to take anyone on. When he 
tried to take on Yugande all by himself, he got badly beaten and had 
to be rescued by his teammates. During this fight, Mega Black
 received a serious injury and this taught Kenta the value of 
teamwork. He also is always looking out for pretty girls to flirt 
with, and loves to eat yakiniku. Kenta does have a gentle side, 
though, which he showed when he adopted Anglerfish Nejire's brother
 and raised it to be a kind creature instead of the Nejire Beast it
 would have been. Kenta and Shun have gotten to become close friends.
 

As Mega Red, Kenta's forehead symbol is a personal computer. He was 
told by Professor Kubota that the computer has no special abilities 
of its own, but it allows him to program any type of skill into 
himself, making him a potentially omnipotent warrior. His weapon is
 the Drill Saber, a swordlike weapon with a drill replacing the 
blade. With this weapon he can perform a diagonal slash called the 
Saber Slash. He can also do a jumping spinning thrust with the Saber 
called the Screw Drill Saber. 

After his Drill Saber was broken by Yugande, Mega Red received an 
enhanced version of the weapon that can combine with his Mega Sniper
 to form the Drill Sniper Custom. It has a double-barrelled cannon 
attached to its tip that spins with the drill and fires a double 
blast of powerful energy. 






Mega Black / Endou Kouichiro   



Kouichiro is a very dedicated and intelligent student who is the 
brains and leader of the Megaranger group. He is always arguing with 
Kenta because of Kenta's apparent laziness. Kouichiro consistently 
gets top grades in his classes, and gets extremely concerned if he 
doesn't. When he received a low grade on an exam for skipping a 
problem (which caused all subsequent answers to be wrong), he became 
so distraught that he almost resigned from school, thinking that he 
couldn't handle both school and his duty as a Megaranger. It took an
 oversleeping, easygoing teacher to teach him that one test is only a
 small part of life, and that as long as he doesn't give up, he 
hasn't lost. He also is very conscious of nature and protecting the 
environment. He befriended a forest spirit and was the only one who 
could see him, helping him protect the forest from Mushroom Nejire. 
Kouichirou has a younger brother named Shinji who plays soccer, and 
Kouichirou himself is a talented soccer player, performing the 
"Miracle Shoot" to attack Porcupine Nejilar by kicking a soccer ball 
bomb so that it flew past him and then turned in midair to hit him 
from behind. 

Mega Black's forehead symbol is a communications satellite. This 
allows him to use several searching abilities, including the 
"Satellite Search" and "Satellite Scan" to trace communications 
sources and transmissions. His weapon is a staff with a crescent 
shaped blade on one end, called the Mega Rod. With the Mega Rod, he 
can perform the Rod Break, a diagonal slash with the blade end of the 
rod. 



Mega Blue / Namiki Shun   




Shun dreams of becoming a computer graphics artist, and is somewhat 
of a loner. His artwork is very important to him, as is the flute 
used by his deceased mother, a famous flute player. On the 
anniversary of her death, he spends time by himself remembering his 
mother. He and Kenta have become close friends. Shun is adept at 
devising combat strategies, such as reasoning that the Nejirangers 
would not be able to fight as well if they did not engage their 
correspondingly-colored Megaranger opponents. 

Mega Blue's symbol is a digital television. This allows him to create 
three-dimensional holographic images of anything he can think of. He 
can also use a skill called "Virtual Vision", in which he sends an 
opponent into a movie-like world where the opponent is attacked by 
the characters in the movie. His weapon is a single small axe called 
the Mega Tomahawk. With this, he can perform a spinning slash called 
the Tomahawk Hurricane. 



Mega Yellow / Jougasaki Chisato   


Chisato wants to become a photographer, and often sets up her camera 
on rooftops to take panoramic views of the city. She enjoys taking 
pictures of people and has no tolerance for people who steal things 
or bully children. She is attracted to Kouichirou. She also enjoys 
and although she has wanted to participate in the school festival 
singing contest every year, something has always happened to keep her 
from being in it (appendicitis one year, a fever the next, and in the 
latest festival Canary Nejilar switched her voice with his own old-
man's voice and she couldn't get it returned until after the contest. 
However, her classmates and teacher wanted to hear her sing anyway, 
and so she sang for them). 

Mega Yellow's symbol is a digital camera. She can use this to 
telescopically search for things using the "Digicam Search". Her 
weapon is a slingshot-like weapon called the Mega Sling, which fires 
balls of energy. Mega Yellow also can turn her forearm into a blade 
of energy, the "Blade Arm", which she first used when Shibolena had 
deprived her of her weapons. 

Mega Pink / Imamura Miku   


Miku is a cheerful girl who hates class as much as Kenta (so the two 
get along quite well), but actually is attracted to Shun. She and 
Kenta often shirk studying together, and head for the arcade or to 
get some food. She is very bright and cheerful in personality, 
although she can get so caught up in something she likes that she is 
oblivious to anything else. She loves to eat but is self-conscious 
about her weight, often vowing to go on a diet but not going through 
with it. 

Mega Pink's symbol is a cellular phone. By using the "Telephone 
Search", she can track and analyze soundwaves. Mega Pink's weapon is 
a parabolic dish-like gun called the Mega Capture, that can fire 
supersonic soundwaves. 



Professor Kubota 


Kubota Eikichi was in charge of the Megaranger program, using the 
Megaranger video game as a test to find people skilled enough to 
become the Megarangers. He is a member of an international scientific 
organization called INET, and though he knew of the threat of 
Nejirejia, when they attacked the INET base, Kubota was caught off 
guard and had no choice but to give the 5 Digitizers to 5 highschool 
students who were in the INET building at the time. These 5 became 
the Megarangers, and they still often need to ask Kubota for help in 
times of crisis. He and the INET team are based on the Mega Ship, a 
gigantic spaceship orbiting the Earth, which changes into the Galaxy 
Mega when giant Nejire Beasts attack. 



Mega Silver / Hayakawa Yuusaku 


Yuusaku is a mysterious man who appeared out of nowhere and shocked 
the Megarangers when he revealed that he knew their secret 
identities. At first just an observer, when the Megarangers were in 
trouble he transformed into Mega Silver and saved them. Yuusaku is 
actually the chief of an INET space project, although he frequently 
leaves his work to help the Megarangers. He is actually more 
concerned about being Mega Silver than with his INET work. He often 
receives phone calls from his space research team on his cellular 
phone / changing item, the Keitaizer ("keitai-denwa" is Japanese for 
"cellular phone"). 




The Mega Silver suit is actually the prototype for the Megarangers' 
Digital Suits. His forehead symbol is a microchip. His weapon is 
called the Silver Blazer, a device that can clip onto his arm and 
change into either a gun mode or a sword mode. His final attack with 
this device, the Blazer Impact, is a barrage of blasts from its gun 
mode as Mega Silver runs towards the enemy; but when he gets near, he 
changes the Silver Blazer to sword mode and slashes the enemy with 
it. At first, Yuusaku could only remain as Mega Silver for 2&1/2 
minutes before automatically changing back, but he has since 
eliminated that time limit. He changes using his cellular phone, the 
Keitaizer, by pressing "M E G A" on it, and saying "Install!" 

Mega Silver rides the Auto Slider, a hover-board that operates like 
the Megarangers' Cyber Sliders (below), but can also transform into a 
Bike (motorcycle) Mode. While in Bike Mode, the Auto Slider can fire 
energy beams ("Slider Beam") from its fairing. 



Digitizer



The Digitizer is a bracelet with a numeric ten-key pad on it that the
 Megarangers use to transform. Depending on the 3-digit code input 
into the Digitizer, one of several functions can be utilized: 

335 ENTER: Transform (the command is "Install! Megaranger!") 

259 ENTER: Call the Cyber Sliders 

751 ENTER: Call the Digitank 

108 ENTER: Launch the Mega Shuttle 

541 ENTER: Mobilize the Galaxy Mega 



Battle Riser



The Battle Riser is a new bracelet given to Mega Red by Professor 
Kubota. It has three numbered buttons on it, each with a different 
function. "01" increases Mega Red's chop power, allowing him to 
perform the "Riser Chop". "02" does the same to his punching power, 
letting him perform the "Riser Punch". "03" powers-up the Mega 
Sniper, making its shots 1.5 times as powerful as without the Riser. 


The Battle Riser also allows Mega Red to remotely control the Delta 
Mega. When placed into a special compartment on the Galaxy Mega's 
cockpit, pressing "01" initiates the combination of the Galaxy Mega 
and Delta Mega into the Super Galaxy Mega robot. 



Mega Sniper



The Mega Snipers are the guns carried by each Megaranger. They are 
blue guns that can split apart into two smaller guns, the Mega Magnum 
and Mega Shot. Each Mega Sniper can also join with each Ranger's 
special weapon, forming the Drill Sniper, Rod Sniper, Tomahawk 
Sniper, Sling Sniper, and Capture Sniper. The Megarangers use these 
weapons in the "Final Shoot" attack, blasting the enemy with all of 
their Snipers at once. 



Multi Attack Rifle



The weapons of all the Megarangers except Megared can combine into a 
large gun, the Multi Attack Rifle, which combines all four of their 
digital powers at once into a deadly beam of energy. 



Cyber Sliders



The Cyber Sliders are anti-gravity hover-boards that the Megarangers 
use for transportation. They can fly at high speeds and with great 
control, and apparently have some kind of built-in life support 
system, since the Rangers have taken them into space and have been 
able to talk and move (not to mention breathe) with no problems. The 
Rangers use the Cyber Sliders to fly up to the Galaxy Mega from Earth 
to transform it to robot mode. 



Galaxy Mega  

The Galaxy Mega is a giant blue robot that the Megarangers use to 
fight the enlarged Nejire Beasts. The Galaxy Mega is a combination of 
a large spaceship called the Mega Ship (in which Prof. Kubota and the 
INET team are stationed), and a smaller craft called the Mega 
Shuttle, which becomes the robot's head. 

The Galaxy Mega's main weapon is the Mega Saber, a long silver sword 
with which the Megarangers can perform many different types of 
attacks. These include the Mega Side Cutter (a horizontal slash), 
Mega Flying Cutter (a jumping slash), Mega Cross Cutter (a pair of 
diagonal slashes that form an X), and Mega Dash Cutter (a dashing 
horizontal slash) . The sword can also extend into an energy whip, 
the Saber Electromagnetic Whip. In addition, the sword can extend 
itself while remaining rigid, turning into a spearlike weapon, the 
Galaxy Lance; or it can be thrown as a spear of energy, the Flash 
Arrow. When fighting Toad Nejire, Mega Pink created a new attack with 
the Mega Saber, the Saber Electromagnetic Snake. Because toads are 
afraid of snakes (?), the tip of the sword turned into a snake-shaped 
energy projection that scared Toad Nejire and gave the Galaxy Mega an 
opening to finish him off. 

The Galaxy Mega also uses a round shield called the Mega Shield for 
defense. To fight Owl Nejire's eyebeams, Mega Blue outfitted the Mega 
Shield with a mirror coating to reflect Owl Nejire's beams back at 
him. In addition, it uses an energy cannon called the Booster Rifle, 
which detaches from the bottom part of the Mega Shuttle. The Booster 
Rifle can either fire powerful energy blasts or a cloud of freezing 
gas. 

The command to combine into the Galaxy Mega is "Denji Gattai!" 
(Electromagnetic Combination!). 



Digitank



The Digitank is a blocky six-wheeled emergency vehicle used for 
transportation and rescue. It has a turret on top with three lenses 
that fire energy, the Mega Particle Cannon. It can also extend a long
 claw called the Digihand , allowing it to pick things up. It has a 
tough outer coating that can deflect enemy attacks, and can even 
climb up staircases. 



Delta Mega  

The Delta Mega is a triangular spaceship developed to add to the 
Megarangers' fighting power. It can transform into a robot mode to 
battle alongside the Galaxy Mega. In robot mode, the Delta Mega's 
fingers are small machine gun barrels, and it uses these in its 
deadly attack, the Gatling Blaster, in which it fires rapid-fire 
shots of energy from its hands, which spin around like machine guns. 
It also has two smaller guns on its shoulders, the Delta Lasers. 

The Delta Mega is controlled by Mega Red using his Battle Riser as a 
remote control. Mega Red uses it to initiate the transformation as 
well as to guide its movements. 



Super Galaxy Mega  

The Galaxy Mega and Delta Mega can combine together to form an even 
more powerful robot, the Super Galaxy Mega, with the command "Chou 
Denji Gattai!" (Super Electromagnetic Combination). In this mode, the 
Delta Mega's Gatling Blasters are positioned on the shoulders of the 
Super Galaxy Mega, and are three times stronger than normal. The 
Super Galaxy Mega's deadly attack is the Super Galaxy Knuckle, in 
which it fires off both of its fists like rockets to blast through 
the enemy. The Super Galaxy Mega is activated when Mega Red presses 
"01" on the Battle Riser.

In order to combat Mad Guirail, a new attack of the Super Galaxy 
Mega's was used: the Big Bang Attack. The Super Galaxy Mega spun 
around at blurring speeds, flew up into the air, and then shot down 
like a comet and blasted right through the enemy. 



Voyager Machines 

When the super-strong but mindless Mad Guirail nearly destroyed the 
Super Galaxy Mega, the Megarangers were forced to abandon the Galaxy 
Mega and instead take the Delta Mega to an INET Moonbase, where 
Yuusaku was working on the "Space Mega Project". The project was 
revealed to be the 5 Voyager Machines: 

Rovoyager-1, piloted by Mega Red, is a humanoid robot with two large 
missile batteries on its shoulders. 




Shuttle Voyager-2, piloted by Mega Black, is a space shuttle that can 
fire an energy blast from its nose. 




Rocket Voyager-3, piloted by Mega Blue, is a large rocket ship that 
becomes the Voyager Spartan weapon for the Mega Voyager robot. 




Saucer Voyager-4, piloted by Mega Yellow, is a UFO-like spaceship 
that can fire energy blasts from its wings. 




Tank Voyager-5, piloted by Mega Pink, is a covered tank with two 
large cannons on top. 





The Voyager Machines can combine into a giant robot, the Mega 
Voyager, with the command "Ginga Gattai!" (Galaxy Combination). The 
Mega Voyager uses a triangular shield, the Voyager Shield, and the 
Rocket-Voyager-3 becomes a handheld bazooka like weapon used by the 
Mega Voyager in its deadly attack, the Voyager Spartan, in which the 
nose of the rocket detaches and blasts through the enemy. 






Mega Winger 


The Mega Winger is a mecha created and piloted by Yuusaku. It is a 
white aircraft that can change into a land mode with tank treads on 
its underside, and can also change into a robot with the command 
"Dengeki Henkei!" (Electric-Shock Change). In robot mode, the Mega 
Winger's weapon is the Winger Cannon, a large triangular array of 
four guns. 


The Mega Wing from the Mega Winger's back can detach and attach onto 
the back of the Mega Voyager, creating the Wing Mega Voyager. The 
Wing Mega Voyager can fly at high speeds (Mach 2.8) and its deadly 
attack is the Winger Spartan, which is essentially just the Voyager 
Spartan launched from midair. 







Nejirejia ("nejireru" means "to be twisted") 

Nejirejia is the name of the organization of invaders from the 
Twisted Dimension. Their base is a saucer-shaped fortress called the 
Death Nejiro in their own dimension, from which they send their 
forces to try to take over the Earth. The Nejirejia forces used a 
giant flying warship called the Nejire Crusher, which was destroyed 
by the Galaxy Mega in a space battle in the second episode. 




Javious the First 

Javious is the supreme leader of Nejirejia. He only appears on a 
screen in the Nejirejia base as a giant eyeball. He commands Dr. 
Hinelar, who seemed to serve him unquestioningly.
However, Hinelar used some of Javious' cells to create the evil team 
of warriors called the Nejirangers, and because of this, whenever the 
Nejirangers used a lot of energy it caused Javious to feel pain. 
Hinelar didn't tell Javious the truth because he wanted to cause the 
Nejirangers to use up all of Javious' life energy. Then Javious would 
die and Hinelar himself could take over Nejirejia. His plan succeeded 
when the Nejirangers' energy reached a peak during a fight with the 
Megarangers. The Megarangers destroyed the Nejirangers but Javious 
was destroyed also, leaving behind only a metallic box-shaped object, 
the Javious Heart, which Hinelar took. Hinelar used the power of the 
Heart to help him create Hinelar City, a large city created for 
Nejirejia. 


Dr. Hinelar (aka Dr. Hineraa -- "hineru" means "to twist") 


Dr. Hinelar is the leader of the active Nejirejia forces. He answers 
only to Javious, and was actually once a friend of Professor Kubota's 
named Samejima. The two of them worked together but five years ago, 
when Samejima discovered a new dimension and wanted to explore it, 
Kubota tried to stop him. Headstrong and curious, Samejima was 
absorbed into the other dimension and became who he is today. Kubota 
realized that Hinelar is actually Samejima when Kubota recognized the 
Nejiranger suits as the prototype designs created by Samejima. 
Hinelar believes that Kubota is foolish for choosing imperfect humans 
to be his warriors, and he wants to bring the Earth under his control 
(or something). 

Hinelar also wanted to gain control of Nejirejia and so set into 
motion a plan to kill Javious, the Nejirejia ruler (see Javious, 
above). When his plan succeeded and Javious died, he left behind the 
Javious Heart, a metallic box that Hinelar is using to help create 
Hinelar City for Nejirejia. 






Shibolena ("shiboru" means "to wring" or "to squeeze") 


Shibolena is a young woman with light blue armor who is second-in-
command to Dr. Hinelar. Shibolena casts the incantation used to 
create new Nejire Beasts by saying "Nejirero, hinekurero, nejirero, 
hinekurero / Ware wa motome, uttaeri!" over the Nejire Mahoujin 
("Nejire Evil Magic Circle"), a hole from which the Nejire Beasts are 
born. She can disguise herself as a normal human in several different 
outfits and is often the one commanding the Nejire Beasts on their 
missions. She fights with a rapier-style sword and many times is the 
one who devises new plans to take over the Earth. 



Yugande ("yugamu" means "to warp") 


Yugande is a master warrior of Nejirejia. His body is black with a 
green grid over it (making him look like something out of TRON). 
Yugande fights with a long sword from which he can fire blasts of 
powerful energy. He can also create a duplicate of himself to attack, 
detach his head and fight separately from it, and enlarge himself to 
giant size. Yugande was destroyed by the Galaxy Mega once, but soon 
after was revived in a stronger form with powerful new energy 
coursing through his body. After being used as a shield by Guirail, 
Yugande was badly injured and was once again revived in an even more 
powerful form. His newe weapon, the Dark Crisis, is a black sword with three buttons on the handle, which each activate a different 
attack: the Dark Blade, a boomerang-shaped energy blade; the Dark 
Fire, a blast of flame; , and the Dark Lightning, an electrical 
attack. 



Bibidebi 


Bibidebi is a small round white creature with wiry arms and legs and 
a giant grin. Floating around making wisecracks, he seems to be a 
pest, but Dr. Hinelar found out a way to put him to some use. Hinelar 
"modified" Bibidebi so that he can now enlarge the Nejire Beasts by 
biting them and injecting an "Enlarging Virus" into them. 



Guirail ("Gireeru" -- "kireru" means "to cut") 


Guirail was a new commander sent by Javious to oversee the takeover 
of Earth in place of Dr. Hinelar. Guirail used methods entirely 
different from Hinelar, such as using children as human shields to 
prevent the Megarangers from fighting back. Guirail could move at 
blurring speeds, and could warp space around him to teleport rapidly 
from one place to another. He fought with a short dagger that could 
elongate into a full-sized sword. He also performed strange 
experiments on the Nejire Beasts, such as creating clones of Moray 
Nejire. 


In order to finally destroy the Megarangers, Guirail combined himself 
with Yugande to become Giga Guirail 
, who held two swords (Guirail's and Yugande's) and could fire a beam 
when he crossed the swords that could imprison people in large 
boxlike prisons. The Megarangers managed to separate them but when 
the Megarangers attacked, Guirail shoved Yugande in front of himself 
to take the full attack. This left Yugande severely injured and to 
get revenge, Hinelar tricked Guirail into taking a "Nejire-Gen 
Capsule" that Hinelar said would give Guirail great power. It did at 
first, but later it also stole his mind, turning Guirail into the 
extremely powerful but mindless Mad Guirail, who had tusks sticking 
out from all over his body. 
This stronger form allowed Guirail to move at blurring speed, fire a 
blast of lightning from his eyes, infuse his sword with energy, and 
use the chains on his body as energy-whips to attack and hold 
enemies. Mad Guirail managed to nearly disable the Super Galaxy Mega, 
which forced the Megarangers to abandon the Galaxy Mega and take the 
Delta Mega to the INET Moonbase where they received the Voyager 
Machines. Mad Guirail was the first opponent killed by the new Mega 
Voyager robot's Voyager Spartan. 



Gigire 


Gigire was a creature that split off from Mad Guirail when he was 
attacked by the Super Galaxy Mega. Gigire could fire a blast of 
energy from his head and could also go into space and fight. 




Nejire-juu (Twisted Beasts) 

The Nejire-juu are monsters created by Shibolena's spells to carry 
out the Nejirejia missions. All of them are animal-based, some with 
mechanical parts. 



Psycho-Nejilars 

After Mad Guirail was destroyed and the Megarangers acquired the Mega 
Voyager, Dr. Hinelar started using the Psycho-Nejilars in place of 
the Nejire-juu. While the Nejire-juu had a very organic look to them, 
the Psycho-Nejilars are very mechanical-looking with shiny armor 
plating, and are supposedly more powerful than the Nejire-juu were. 




Kunekune ("kuneru" means "to turn and twist") 

The Kunekune are the soldiers of Nejirejia. They are purple with 
yellow wavy lines across their bodies. Their heads have two round 
black eyes and a twisted frown.  




Jaden Sentai Nejirenjaa (Evil Electric Task Force Nejiranger) 

The Nejirangers are Nejirejia's evil fighting team, counterparts to 
the Megarangers. The Nejirangers were created from cells of Javious 
itself, so that whenever the Nejirangers over-exert themselves or are
 injured (or killed), Javious feels pain. However, Javious does not 
know this and it is being kept a secret from him by Dr. Hinelar, who 
hopes to secretly use the Nejirangers to cause Javious' death and 
take over Nejirejia for himself. The Nejirangers are colored the same 
as the Megarangers, and each Nejiranger wants to kill his 
correspondingly-colored Megaranger. They also use weapons that are 
twisted versions of the Megarangers weapons, except for Nejipink who 
uses a bow and arrow instead of a counterpart to Megapink's Mega 
Capture weapon. 

The Nejirangers can move at blurring speeds and fire powerful 
lightning-like energy blasts from their hands. They can also join 
their powers together to perform the "Jaden Energy Attack" ("Evil 
Electric Energy Attack"), in which each Nejiranger creates a sphere 
of energy in his/her hands, and they all hurl them forward together 
(think of the Dairangers' Kiryoku Bomber, and that's it). Their true 
forms are giant monstrous creatures that they reveal when their 
humanoid forms are defeated. 

When Nejired found out that he and the other Nejirangers were just 
tools for Hinelar's plan, he tried to turn on Hinelar. But Hinelar 
fired a beam at his head that removed his free will, making him want 
nothing but to destroy the Megarangers. In the following battle, the 
Nejirangers used their energy to its maximum. The Megarangers used 
their robots' weapons to destroy the Nejirangers at their peak energy 
level, and at the same time Javious also died. 


The members of the Nejirangers are as follows:


NejiRed
  


Nejired was the leader of the Nejirangers and used a red and black 
sword called the Nejisaber. His true form was NejiPhantom, a red 
creature that looked like flame.


NejiBlack
  


Nejiblack used the Nejirod, a long staff with two hornlike 
projections on the end. His true form was a black rocklike creature 
called NejiVulgar that could extend a long thick tentacle from his 
arm.


NejiBlue
  

Nejiblue was an obsessive maniac who waedts nothing but to kill 
Nejiblue (over and over again, if he can). He used the Nejitomahawk, 
a small blue double-bladed axe from which he could fire crescent-
shaped blades of blue energy. His true form was a blue creature 
called NejiBizarre, that could breathe a cloud of freezing wind to 
encase anything it touched in ice. NejiBizarre was destroyed by the 
Winger Spartan. 


NejiYellow
  

Nejiyellow appeared to be the most devious of the Nejirangers, using 
disguise techniques to get close to her opponents and surprise them. 
She could teleport away by sinking into a portal under her feet. She 
relied more on cunning then brute force, and often did not engage in 
a battle that she had no personal stake in. She used the Nejisling, a 
slingshot-like weapon much like Megayellow's Mega Sling. Her true 
form was a reptilian-looking creature called NejiSofia (?).


NejiPink
  

Nejipink, in contrast to Nejiyellow, often rushed into a battle 
without preparing for it, and the two of them were rivals, competing 
to see who was the most powerful. She used the NejiArrow, a bow that 
fird arrows of energy. Nejipink's true form was NejiJealous, a 
plantlike creature that attacked with strangling vines. NejiJealous 
was destroyed by a special version of the Voyager Spartan, with all 
of the Mega Voyager's energy concentrated at its tip.

Shrimp Nejire was a red shrimp-based creature with a shell made from 
a piece of the same metal that the Mega Saber was made from. Because 
of this, he could withstand the attacks of the Galaxy Mega and almost
 tossed it into a flaming volcano. He could fire a boomerang-shaped 
blade of energy from his right claw. 



6. Yatta ne! Bakusou Dejitanku 

(We did it! The Explosive Dashing Digitank) 

Zou Nejire (Elephant Nejire) 


Elephant Nejire was a super-strong Nejire Beast sent to topple a 
skyscraper that held an experimental energy source in it, so that the 
energy source would explode and destroy the city. He could charge 
head-first at objects to knock them down. 



7. Nan na no? Okkake Meiwaku Musume

Hachi Nejire (Bee Nejire) 


Bee Nejire could disguise himself to blend in with the background of 
space, where he was stationed so that he could attack the Earth from 
above. He could fire an electric blast from his right hand and could 
also send forth a swarm of bees from the hive-shaped area on his 
right hand.

Koumori Nejire (Bat Nejire) 


Bat Nejire could release a swarm of small bats from within his chest. 
These bats were used to implant violence-inducing sound waves on CDs 
so that anyone hearing them would lose control and become violent. He 
could also fire soundwaves that he used to control people's minds (as 
well as the Galaxy Mega's movement), and could fire powerful energy 
beams from his eyes. 



10. Sayonara! Kanashimi no Andoroido 

(Goodbye! The Android of Sadness) 

Neo Koumori Nejire (Neo-Bat Nejire) 


Neo-Bat Nejire could fire a special killer soundwave from his chest 
and could fire energy blasts from his horns. It was a rebuilt and 
more powerful form of Bat Nejire. 



11. Abunai! Akai Bara no Yuuwaku 

(Danger! Temptation of the Red Rose) 

Bara Nejire (Rose Nejire) 


Rose Nejire could produce a special wine that turned children into 
rose-people, growing a ring of red petals around their necks and 
having their skin turn green and leafy. Rose Nejire could fire energy 
blasts from her eyes and used a vinelike whip as a weapon. She was 
actually a part of Shibolena, and could regenerate herself instantly 
when the Megarangers attacked. But when Shibolena was defeated by 
Mega Yellow, Rose Nejire became weaker and was killed. 

12. Komaru ze! Warera no Guutara Sensei 

(It's a Problem! Our Goof-Off Teacher) 

Mogura Nejire (Mole Nejire) 


Mole Nejire could burrow beneath the ground, and wore a metal visor 
from which he could fire a blast of energy. 

13. Dokidoki! Sensei wa Kaze no You ni 

(Heartthrob! Our Teacher is Like the Wind) 

Kyuukyoku Seimeitai (Ultimate Lifeform) 


The Ultimate Lifeform was an advanced creature whose DNA program was 
developed by a Professor Tanaka, and it was intended to partner with 
mankind so that man could live in space. But Tanaka realized the 
danger of such a project, and got rid of all of the data from the 
project, dying somewhere along the way. His fiancé Mariko Saotome 
stole the IC chip that held the program before he could destroy it so 
she would at least have something to remember his work by. Shibolena 
managed to steal the chip and brought the lifeform to life as a 
Nejire-beast, which was a white and blue creature with antennae, 
webbed hands, and no nose or mouth. The Ultimate Lifeform could 
absorb energy with its tentacles and fire powerful blasts of energy from them. These tentacles were its weakness, since without them it 
could not absorb the energy it needed to survive. 



14. Bikkuri! Otonari wa Nejirejia 

(Surprise! The Neighbors Are Nejirejia) 


Bosu Kunekune (Boss Kunekune), Kingu Kunekune (King Kunekune)  


The Boss Kunekune was the leader of an army of Kunekune sent to 
infiltrate and take over an apartment building, replacing its 
inhabitants, to begin a quiet invasion of the world. He looked just 
like a normal Kunekune except that his head was black and he could 
fire energy blasts from his hands. When he was defeated, he called on 
his Kunekune army to join onto him and they accumulated themselves 
into a giant Kunekune, called King Kunekune, composed of the bodies 
of hundreds of normal-sized Kunekune. Because it was such a creature, 
when the Galaxy Mega attacked it and punched holes in its body, it 
took no damage since more Kunekune could just close the wounds. Its 
weakness was its heart, where the Boss Kunekune was. When the Galaxy 
Mega shot the Boss with the Booster Rifle, the entire King Kunekune 
exploded. 


15. Miyabure! Tensai Koukou no Karakuri 

(See Through it! Mechanism of the Genius Highschool) 

Fukurou Nejire (Owl Nejire) 


Owl Nejire could hypnotize people who looked into his glowing eyes. 
He sent his image over the computers of an elite highschool to get 
the genius computer students there to build an ultimate weapon for 
Nejirejia. Owl Nejire could also fire a yellow flash from his eyes 
that could explode things or cause people to feel intense pain. 



16. Gekiyaba! Oretachi Shinu no ka? 

(Very Bad! Are we Going to Die?) 

Dokuga Nejire (Poison Moth Nejire) 

Poison Moth Nejire could release a poisonous cloud of pollen from his 
wings. Although those caught in it suffered no effects at first, a 
moth-shaped mark appeared somewhere on their bodies and they would 
not survive longer than 24 hours after their exposure. He could also 
fire a blast of energy from the stinger on his left hand. 


[I thought this was an interesting episode. In it, the Megarangers 
all get caught in the poison cloud but don't realize what has 
happened until Kubota tells them they have less than 24 hours to 
live. At first the five of them stick together as Kouichirou tries to 
help Kubota and the others find an antidote, but when only 6 hours 
are left, Shun, Kenta, and Miku go off on their own to accomplish the 
things that they still want to do before they die. Kenta, in true 
Kenta fashion, orders 10 yakiniku plates at a restaurant. Shun prints 
out his computer artwork and begins to post them up so people can see 
them. Miku goes on a shopping spree buying clothes and even a wedding 
dress. Meanwhile, Kouichirou continues to work on finding an antidote 
and Chisato stays with him. When Kenta and the others see innocent 
people with the same moth-shaped mark as they have and realize that 
none of them will live to see tomorrow unless they can do something, 
they return to Kouichirou and Chisato once more. Kubota tells them 
that the poison isn't a part of Poison Moth Nejire's body; it is 
being pumped into him by Nejirejia. They need to get a piece of 
Poison Moth Nejire for them to analyze, to figure out why he isn't 
being poisoned by the toxin. The five transform and go to fight 
Poison Moth Nejire when he appears again. Mega Blue cuts off one of 
his antennae and Kubota and the INET team make the antidote. Poison 
Moth Nejire is killed but Kenta and Miku have no money left.] 




17. Sugosugi!? Iketeru Suupaa Miku 

(Too Good to be True!? ????? Super Miku) 

Gama Nejire (Toad Nejire) 


Toad Nejire had a pair of guns, one of which shot a red liquid and 
the other of which shot a blue one. The red liquid would accelerate 
the development (?) of whatever it touched, and so caused Miku to 
become super-intelligent (IQ 800) and serious, but also later caused 
her to feel intense pain as her body rejected the liquid. The blue 
liquid reversed the development of whatever it touched, causing a 
group of Kunekune hit by it to revert to infantlike behavior. Toad 
Nejire could also fire energy blasts from his eyes. 



18. Mamoru zo! Fushigi na Shounen no Mori 

(Protect it! The Mysterious Boy's Forest) 

Kinoko Nejire (Mushroom Nejire) 


Mushroom Nejire was sent to Earth to burn down a forest because the 
trees were in the way of a meteorite with great power that had 
crashed there. Mushroom Nejire could breathe fire from his mouth and 
emit a cloud of explosive pollen/spores from his body. He could also 
remove his mushroom-cap shaped headpiece and throw it, with blades 
sprouted out from the edges, as a weapon, and fire blasts of energy 
from his eyes. 



19. Uchikome! Fukutsu no Hissatsu Panchi 

(Thrust! The Unstoppable Sure-Kill Punch) 

Sasori Nejire (Scorpion Nejire) 


This is the first appearance of Guirail, the new Nejirejia commander 
sent by Javious. Guirail's plan was to kidnap children and use them 
as human shields so the Megarangers could not fight back. To 
accomplish this, Guirail used Scorpion Nejire, who fired a beam from 
his hand that controlled the minds of the children Guirail had 
captured, turning them into Nejirejia servants. 



20. Tanomu ze! Shin Robo Deruta Mega 

(Please! The New Robot Delta Mega) 

Wani Nejire 1, 2 (Crocodile Nejire 1 and 2) 


Crocodile Nejire was originally a single monster, but Guirail used 
some kind of medical procedure to make it able to split in two when 
the Galaxy Mega attacked it. Crocodile Nejire 1 could fire a blast of 
energy from his mouth and extend the tail-like structure on his right 
arm to strangle opponents. Crocodile Nejire 2 had a crocodile head on 
his left arm that he could use to bite his opponents. 

21. Ima Koso! Inochi o Kaketa Suupaa Gattai 

(Now! The Life-Threatening Super Combination) 

Mukade Nejire (Centipede Nejire) 


Centipede Nejire could resurrect previously-defeated Nejire Beasts 
using a beam from his forehead. He could also fire a blast of 
destructive energy from his forehead. 



22. Nukedase! Akuma no Rabirinsu 

(Break Out! The Devil's Labyrinth) 

Arijigoku Nejire (Ant Lion Nejire) 


Using the power of the Nejire Crystal in his staff, Ant Lion Nejire 
could create dimensional gateways ("Nejire Tobira" or "Twisted 
Doors") through space, allowing solid objects to pass through them 
and emerge somewhere entirely different from where they started. His 
plan was to honeycomb the Earth with these gateways and cause havoc 
across the planet. He could also fire an energy beam from his mouth 
and cause a sinkhole to form in the ground under his enemy. 



23. Nande da! Ore no Tamago wa Nejirejuu 

(Why! My Egg is a Nejire Beast) 

Ankou Nejire (Anglerfish Nejire) 


Anglerfish Nejire could fire a beam from his lure that changed 
anything it touched into stone. He had a younger brother whose egg 
was found by Kenta. The egg hatched into a small creature who Kenta 
raised and named "Komutan". The two became very close friends, but 
Anglerfish Nejire came looking for Komutan in order to absorb Komutan 
into himself. This would power-up his petrification beam into a beam 
that could change anything it struck into diamond. Although Komutan 
resisted, Anglerfish Nejire was able to absorb him, with Komutan's 
head appearing on Anglerfish Nejire's abdomen. For a short time, 
Komutan was turned evil by the combination, attacking Kenta and the 
other Megarangers, but Kenta made him remember his good nature and 
Komutan forced himself out of Anglerfish Nejire. To try to protect 
Kenta, Komutan attacked Anglerfish Nejire and was fatally wounded. He 
turned into a shower of light in Kenta's arms. 



24. Dokusou! Giniro no Nyuu Feisu 

(Running Alone! The Silver New Face) 

Baffaroo Nejire (Buffalo Nejire) 


A dummy of Buffalo Nejire was sent to Earth to engage the 
Megarangers. They used all of their attacks on it and defeated it, 
but it had collected data on their fighting styles and abilities in a 
special gemstone on its forehead. This was taken back to Nejirejia 
and inserted into the real Buffalo Nejire, who could now counter 
every attack the Megarangers had by creating a special barrier that 
repelled whatever they threw at him. Buffalo Nejire could also fire 
energy blasts from his horns. This episode marked the debut of Mega 
Silver, who was able to fight and defeat Buffalo Nejire because 
Buffalo Nejire had no data of Mega Silver's attacks. 



25. Girigiri! Taimu Rimitto Nifun-han 

(Just in Time! Time Limit 2 ½ Minutes) 

Utsubo Nejire (Moray Nejire) 


Moray Nejire could emit a black liquid from his body that turned 
water into poison, or spray it in a stream from his mouth. Guirail's 
plan was to use Moray Nejire to turn all of the oceans on Earth into 
"black seas of death". To accomplish this, he created a clone of 
Moray Nejire and planned to create hundreds more. The real Moray 
Nejire carried a trident, while the clone could create a net made of 
energy to trap the Megarangers in and fire an energy blast from his 
mouth. 



26. Honto ka! Nejirejia no Saigo 

(Really!? The End of Nejirejia) 

Semi Nejire (Cicada Nejire) 


Cicada Nejire took over the body of a famous professor and pretended 
to escape from Nejrejia with a device that could weaken Nejirejians. 
He did this to gain access to a research center under the pretense of 
developing a system to broadcast the energy waves from the device on 
a large scale using giant satellite antennas outside. But Cicada 
Nejire actually created a device to produce soundwaves that could 
destroy the brains of humans, and began to broadcast them using the 
antennas. He could fire a beam of sound from the speaker on his 
shoulder and fire extremely strong cables from his hands to bind his 
enemies. 



27. Kechirase! Shi o Yobu Ma no Sango 

(Kick them About! The Death-Calling Coral of Evil)

28. Oteage! Bakuretsu Baachan Senpuu

Shiroari Nejire (Termite Nejire) 


The Queen Termite Nejire began by laying her eggs underground all 
over town. She could fire energy blasts from her eyes. Although she 
was defeated quickly by the Megarangers, her eggs soon hatched and 
her larvae began eating buildings and everything else in sight, even 
the Megarangers' weapons. The larvae then combined into a Soldier (?) 
Termite Nejire that could fire energy blasts from his eyes, fire 
bands of ropelike energy from his hands, and split himself into a 
swarm of termites to evade attack and regroup, or to cover an enemy. 



29. Yasetai! Miku no Ayashii Daietto 

(I Want to Lose Weight! Miku's Strange Diet) 

Buta Nejire (Pig Nejire) 


Pig Nejire disguised himself as a crepe seller who sold a special 
"Super Diet Crepe" that could be eaten in any amount without gaining 
weight. In addition, if someone ate the crepe, any other food that 
the person ate would also not cause them to gain any weight. But 
soon, everyone who had eaten the crepes (Miku included) became 
constantly hungry, raiding stores and doing anything for food. Miku 
discovered by accident that if people under the crepes' spell didn't 
eat anything for 20 minutes, the effect disappeared. Pig Nejire 
fought with a frying pan and giant fork. He could teleport, fire 
"Vegetable Bombs" from his mouth, shoot bullets from his fork, and 
his ultimate attack was a "Garlic Extract", in which he ate a handful 
of garlic and then breathed a garlic cloud, the smell of which 
disoriented his enemies. His weakness was that if he got hungry, he 
would quit fighting and go to look for some food. 


30. Sakuretsu! Yuujou no Konbineeshon 

(Explosion! The Combination of Friendship) 




Guirail combines himself with Yugande in this episode to turn himself 
into Giga Guirail (see Giga Guirail in the Nejirejia section above). 

31. Tomeru ze! Gireeru no Bousou 

(Stop him! Guirail's Reckless Run) 




Dr. Hinelar gives Guirail the Nejire-gen capsule and he turns into 
the mindless but extraordinarily powerful Mad Guirail (see Mad 
Guirail in the Nejirejia section above). 

32. Owari ka!? Zettai Zetsumei Gyarakushii Mega 

(Is it the End!? Desperate Situation for the Galaxy Mega) 



Mad Guirail, Gigire 


Mad Guirail nearly destroys the Galaxy Mega and the Megarangers 
acquire the Voyager Machines from Yuusaku on the INET Moonbase. Mad 
Guirail is killed with the new Mega Voyager's Voyager Spartan. 


33. Ukiuki! Tsuki kara Kita Koibito 

(Cheerful! The Lover that came from the Moon) 

Raion Nejiraa (Lion Nejilar) 


Lion Nejilar was the first of the Psycho-Nejilars. He placed bombs at 
several critical areas around the city (power plants, etc.) and 
placed the detonators inside his own body so that when the 
Megarangers attacked him, they would inadvertently detonate the bombs 
he had placed and destroy the key areas. He also had a large bazooka 
as a weapon. In order to destroy him, Megared had to get a new 
upgrade to his Battle Riser that allowed him to power up his Drill 
Sniper Custom and destroy Lion Nejilar in the split-second between 
the activation of the detonator in his body and the actual 
detonation. 

34. Miseru ze! Aniki no Mirakuru Shuuto 

(I'll Show you! Big Brother's Miracle Shoot) 

Yamaarashi Nejiraa (Porcupine Nejilar) 


Porcupine Nejilar could fire spines from his body into soccer balls 
that turned them into powerful bombs. His plan was to masquerade as 
the coach of a soccer team (the team Kouichirou's younger brother was 
on) and use special black armbands to bring them under his mental 
control. Then, at a playoff game, he would turn the soccer balls into 
bombs and command the team to kick the balls into the crowd, causing 
destruction and panic. He could also move at blurring speed and fire 
and energy blast from his mouth. He captured Kouichirou's brother and 
was holding him as a shield, and to destory him Mega Black performed 
the Miracle Shoot, somehow kicking one of the soccer bombs so that it 
flew past Porcupine Nejilar, then turned around in midair and hit him 
from behind. 


35. Norikire! Mega Shirubaa Saidai no Kiki 

(Overcome! Mega Silver's Biggest Crisis) 

Kamakiri Nejiraa (Mantis Nejilar) 


Mantis Nejilar could fire crescent-shaped blades of energy from his 
scythe that could cut through anything easily. He also had great 
jumping power in his legs and his compound eyes allowed him to keep 
track of all 5 Megarangers at once, so they coudn't surprise him. He 
threw a sickle-shaped boomerang as an additional weapon and could use 
his scythe to stir up a dust cloud to hide his movements. Mantis 
Nejilar was the first Nejirejia member to recognize Mega Silver's 2 
1/2 minute time limit, and was prepared when they met again, with a 
time bomb shackle that he captured Mega Silver in and that would 
explode just as his time limit ran out. But by this time, Yuusaku had 
gotten rid of the time limit and survived the explosion to kill 
Mantis Nejilar. 


36. Habatake! Sora ni Mau Kibou no Tsubasa 

(Flap Your Wings! The Wings of Hope Dancing in the Sk) 

Kondoru Nejiraa (Condor Nejilar) 


Condor Nejilar could fly and attack at high speeds, and fire a burst 
of energy from his mouth. This episode marked the debut of the Mega 
Winger and the Wing Mega Voyager, which was able to battle Condor 
Nejilar in midair and destroy him with the Winger Spartan. 


37. Doushite? Chisato ga Oyaji-goe 

(Why? Chisato has an Old Man's Voice) 

Kanaria Nejiraa (Canary Nejilar) 


Canary Nejilar was a Psycho-Nejilar created by Bibidebi when no one 
else was around. He hoped to destroy the Megarangers all by himself 
so everyone would respect him, so he gave Canary Nejilar a 
"Torikaekko Beam" (Exchanging Beam) that would allow him to switch 
something he had with something another person had. Using this, 
Canary Nejilar could steal the Megarangers' weapons and leave them 
helpless. 

I liked this episode a lot so this is a more detailed summary than usual: 

Chisato is looking forward to singing in the song contest in the 
school's bunkasai (school festival) this year. She loves singing but 
every year before this one, she has gotten sick or something has 
happened so that she missed it, and this is her last chance since she 
is graduating this year. She is making sure she doesn't get sick and 
is practicing her song diligently. Meanwhile, nobody is home at the 
Nejirejia base except Bibidebi. Realizing that he'll be a hero if he 
defeats the Megarangers while everyone is gone, he creates Canary 
Nejilar. Canary Nejilar, despite being a canary, has a deep "oyaji-
goe" (old man's voice) which he is very sensitive about. Bibidebi 
equips him with an "exchanging beam" that will let him steal the 
Megaranger's weapons, and sends him off. While flying around looking 
for the Megarangers, Canary Nejilar hears a beautiful voice below. He 
lands and starts to look for it. Chisato is walking to the contest 
practicing her singing when she sees Canary Nejilar, and tries to 
convince herself that it is just her imagination. When she finally 
decides to change, she appears before him and when she speaks, Canary 
Nejilar recognizes her voice as the one he heard, and he wants it. 
She attacks him and starts to beat him (he's a pretty weak monster) 
and the other Megarangers appear and *really* start to beat the heck 
out of him. He retreats but zaps Chisato with his exchanging ray 
before leaving, changing her back to civilian mode. Everything seems 
fine, but when she speaks, her voice is the deep male voice of Canary
 Nejilar, and the song contest is about to start. They go back to 
school and try to do something about her voice, and Kubota tells them
 that if they destroy Canary Nejilar her voice will return to normal.
 Chisato's classmates see her and she tries to stay quiet, but Miku 
accidentally steps on her foot and her classmates are shocked to hear
 her voice (and Kouichirou slaps Miku on the head for blowing it). 
Kenta and the others promise that they will get her voice back to 
normal before the contest (they say she just has a cold). When Kubota
 calls in and tells them that Canary Nejilar has appeared, they rush 
to transform but Chisato cannot change since her voice does not match
 the voice-print needed to activate her Digitizer. The other four 
engage Canary Nejilar, who fires his exchanging beam and switches the 
Megarangers' weapons and the Battle Riser with five other objects 
(Drill Saber - a large plastic ice cream cone, Mega Rod - a mop, Mega 
Tomahawk - a T-square and Mega Capture - a megaphone; and the Battle 
Riser - a Megaranger wristwatch). Canary Nejilar attacks them with 
their own weapons and nearly defeats them, but Chisato distracts him 
so the others can counterattack, and Canary Nejilar escapes. Kubota 
tells them that the Mega Sling is the only weapon that can return the 
Megarangers' weapons, (if Canary Nejilar is caught in the electric 
field created by the Mega Sling's projectiles, they can get their 
weapons back) but Chisato cannot transform to call on it. Kubota says 
that they have to get Canary Nejilar to say "Install! Megaranger" in 
order for Chisato to transform. Canary Nejilar has combined the 
Megaranger weapons into one, and prepares to destroy the city with it
 when the Megarangers appear and tell him that he needs a certain 
code to get the weapon to work, and they will never tell him. Canary 
Nejilar blasts them and they fake being wounded and tell him that he 
is so strong that they will give him the code. Naturally, it is 
"Install! Megaranger", and when he says it Chisato is right there 
with her Digitizer. She transforms and uses the Mega Sling to get 
their weapons back, then uses her Blade Arm to beat Canary Nejilar. 
Meanwhile, it is Chisato's turn to sing at the bunkasai and her 
classmates are getting worried. Canary Nejilar enlarges himself and 
the Megarangers form the Mega Voyager. Mega Silver appears and they 
form the Wing Mega Voyager, then destroy Canary Nejilar -- but 
Chisato's voice still doesn't return to normal. Kubota tells them 
that it will take a while, so Chisato is extremely depressed. It is 
night now, and the five return to the school. The auditorium is dark 
but suddenly the lights go on and all of Chisato's classmates and 
teacher are there waiting for her. Even if they lost the competition
 they say that they still want to hear Chisato sing. They hold up a 
banner they have made and gather in front of the stage. The five go 
on stage (Kenta on drums, Kouichirou and Shun on guitar, and Miku on
 keyboard) and Chisato gets ready to sing but can't bring herself to. 
Her friends watching from below tell her that even if her voice is 
funny, they will listen to her because they know how much she wanted 
to sing. She starts to sing -- and her voice is back to normal. She 
sings her song happily and her friends all gather around her.

38. "Senritsu! Nejirejia no Kyouaku Sentai"
("Frightful! Nejirejia's Diabolical Task Force")
Jaden Sentai Nejirenjaa (Evil Electric Task Force Nejiranger)





Kenta uses his Digitizer to call Prof. Kubota for a non-emergency 
reason, and gets a scolding that the Digitizer is not a cellular 
phone. He and Miku are talking to a friend of theirs who has a new 
laptop computer-like device that is popular these days, when the 
Digitizer alarm goes off signaling Nejirejia readings. The two rush 
off to join the other Megarangers, and they see a duplicate 
Megaranger team attacking people at a warehouse district. The two 
teams fight and the battle is taken inside a darkened warehouse. 
Inside, the fake Megaranger team transforms into their true selves -- 
the "Evil Electric Task Force Nejiranger"! The Nejirangers proceed to 
trash their correspondingly-colored Megaranger counterparts, and then 
place their hands on the Megarangers' helmet symbols, absorbing 
something from them, and then vanish. Prof. Kubota recognizes the 
Nejirangers as the prototype battle suits designed by his former 
science colleague, Samejima. Years ago, Samejima discovered another 
dimension and although Kubota tried to warn him that it was too 
dangerous, Samejima wanted to enter the other dimension and explore 
it. He was sucked in and Kubota never saw him again. 


Meanwhile, the Nejirangers are scanning the airwaves across the city. 
They have stolen the Megarangers' communication patterns and can now 
track any communication made over the Digitizers, teleport there 
instantly, and attack the Megarangers in their civilian secret 
identities before they can transform. However, the new laptop devices 
like Kenta's friend had transmit similar patterns, and the 
Nejirangers are zeroing in on these and attacking innocent civilians 
thinking they are the Megarangers. Kubota has figured out the 
Nejirangers' plan and puts a lock on the Digitizers to protect the 
Megarangers. He then goes to Samejima's old mansion to look for clues 
as to his involvement with the Nejirangers. The civilian Megarangers 
follow him but are kept out by a force field. Kubota goes inside the 
mansion and activates a holographic projection of Dr. Hinelar. Kubota 
recognizes Hinelar as his friend Samejima, and asks him why he is in 
league with Nejirejia. Hinelar responds that he wants to take over 
the world (or something like that). The Megarangers, thinking Kubota 
is in trouble, get Yuusaku at INET to remove the lock on the 
Digitizers. They transform, and the Nejirangers zero in on the 
transform code and teleport there, although they get there after the 
Megarangers change. The two teams fight again, the Nejirangers using 
the "Evil Electric Energy Attack", shooting five fireballs at the 
Megarangers. Hinelar tells Kubota that his team will soon be dead, 
and Kubota rushes outside to see the two teams fighting. The 
Nejirangers have the upper hand but back at the Nejirejia base, 
Javious screams in pain. Hinelar calls the Nejirangers back and 
realizes that they are linked to Javious, so that the more they exert 
their power, the greater pain Javious feels. The Megarangers are 
badly injured, and they know the Nejirangers will return again soon. 



39. "Bareta ze! Mega Reddo no Shoutai"
("Exposed! Mega Red's True Identity")
Tokage Nejiraa (Lizard Nejilar)





Lizard Nejilar had a special camera in his head that was supposed to 
be able to see through the Megarangers' helmets and reveal their true 
identites, but it didn't work. Lizard Nejilar could fire bullets from 
his mouth and create a blinding flash using his head camera. 


While Kenta is playing the Megaranger game at the arcade, he meets a 
young girl named Ayumi (? - I forget her name). He receives a call 
from INET to investigate some Nejire readings, and rushes off. But 
because the area he is in is so crowded, he can't find a place to 
change. He goes into a Purikura (those "Print Club" or "Neo Print" 
photo sticker things) booth and changes, then runs off. Meanwhile, Ayumi is complaining that she put money in the Purikura but it didn't 
take a picture. She goes over to the booth -- the same one Mega Red 
just ran out from -- and sees a photo sheet that came out. She looks 
at it and sees Kenta's entire transformation sequence into Mega Red. 
Meanwhile, the Megarangers investigate the readings and find Lizard 
Nejilar, who uses his special x-ray camera to try to find out the 
Megarangers' true identities. But the Mega Suits are protected even 
against that, and his pictures show nothing. The Megarangers beat up 
Lizard Nejilar and he escapes. The Nejirangers ask why Hinelar didn't 
send them instead, but he just tells them not to move until he orders 
them to. Back at school, Kenta gets an e-mail telling him to meet at 
a certain bridge. He goes there and sees Ayumi, who blackmails him 
with the Purikura sheet into taking her to eat ice cream and to a 
carnival. She finally asks him to take her to the moon to bring back 
a souvenir, which should be no problem for Mega Red. Hearing this, 
Kenta is fed up with her and tells her that being a Megaranger is not
 a game. She runs away and later, he finds out that Ayumi's brother 
was a space pilot. The two of them were very close but he died 
recently, and his dream was to take Ayumi to the moon. Mega Red goes 
to the moon to bring back a souvenir for her, but at the same time 
she is attacked by Lizard Nejilar, who has found out that she knows 
Mega Red's true identity. He chases her while the other Megarangers 
call back Mega Red. Lizard Nejilar has her cornered when the 
Megarangers step in and fight him. They kill Lizard Nejilar and Mega 
Red gives Ayumi a moonrock. The two of them visit her brother's 
grave, and then he takes her into space on his Cyber Slider to visit 
the moon and fulfill her brother's dream. 


40. "Kowai ze! Baddo na Onna-tachi"
("Scary! The Bad Girls")



Miku has an appointment with Chisato to help her with taking pictures 
for the graduation album, but Chisato calls it off at the last 
minute. Miku takes the opportunity to go shopping, but sees Chisato 
together with Shun eating lunch. She confronts Chisato about it and 
even though Chisato tries to explain that she was talking to Shun 
about computer graphics and didn't think Miku would want to be there,
 the two get into a fight. The female Nejirangers, Neji Yellow and 
Neji Pink, are also getting into an argument, over who is the 
stronger one. They challenge each other that whichever one brings 
back the helmet of her counterpart Megaranger first is the stronger. 
At school, Kouichirou is trying to get Miku and Chisato to make up, 
but it is not working. They are called on to investigate Nejire 
readings, and they find Neji Pink, who attacks Mega Pink directly. A 
young girl wanders onto the scene and Neji Pink blasts her. Mega 
Yellow goes to help her but the girl turns into Neji Yellow, who 
captures her and takes her through a portal opened up in the ground. 
Mega Pink dives for Chisato's hands as they disappear into the portal
 but it is too late. Neji Pink retreats the battle. 


Mega Yellow is being held captive by Neji Yellow, who has placed a 
jamming shackle on Mega Yellow so that the INET computers cannot 
trace her. Neji Pink comes in, and plans to take Mega Yellow to use 
as bait to lure Mega Pink (following all this?). Neji Yellow 
considers Neji Pink to be an idiot since she only relies on brute 
strength while Neji Yellow uses cunning and deception, so she gets 
into a fight with Neji Yellow and they end up blasting Mega Yellow 
free, with Neji Pink receiving an injury to her visor. Mega Yellow 
tries to escape them and goes into a warehouse full of explosives. 
She tricks Neji Pink into blasting the explosives causing the whole 
warehouse to blow up and breaking her shackle. The INET computers are 
able to locate her now, and the Megarangers head for the scene. The 
Megarangers fight Neji Pink, and Neji Yellow decides that she will 
sit this battle out and leaves. Mega Yellow and Mega Pink make up and 
team up against Neji Pink, using the Blade Arm and Capture Sniper, 
focusing their attacks on Neji Pink's broken visor. She is beaten, 
but then transforms into her true form, a plant-like creature called 
Neji-Jealous. The Megarangers call the Mega Voyager, Yuusaku arrives 
in the Mega Winger, and they fight Neji-Jealous who attacks with 
extending vines. They manage to destroy her by diverting all power to
 the Voyager Spartan and firing while the Mega Winger distracts her. 
When Neji-Jealous is destroyed, Javious screams in pain again. 
Hinelar tells Yugande and Shibolena to keep it a secret, but the 
Nejirangers were actually created from the cells of Javious himself. 
That is why he suffers every time the Nejirangers either overexert 
themselves or are killed like Neji-Jealous. He tells Javious that the
 pain is caused by the mental distress of continually being beaten by
 the Megarangers. He also promises Javious a medicine to stop the 
pain, but Hinelar has a plan to let the Nejirangers continue 
fighting, so that Javious will die and he himself can take over 
Nejirejia. 


41. "Kireteru! Ao no Kyoufu Neji Buruu"
("Psychotic! The Blue Terror, Neji Blue")



Shun has come up with a plan to gain an advantage over the 
Nejirangers. Since they always go after their same-colored 
Megaranger, he proposes that they switch opponents in the next 
battle. At the Nejirejia base, Neji Blue is eager to fight Mega Blue, 
sounding obsessive in the way he looks forward to it. Hinelar sends 
them down to fight the Megarangers, and when they respond, they try 
Shun's plan. At first it works -- the Nejirangers are not prepared to 
fight different opponents -- but then they manage to turn the tables, 
engaging their color counterparts again. Neji Blue injures Mega Blue 
badly, but Hinelar calls them back again before he can finish Mega 
Blue off. Shun is in a hospital bed at INET but sneaks out into the 
video room, where he watches a tape of the battle. Yuusaku comes in 
and tries to make him feel better, and the tv suddenly goes fuzzy. 
Yuusaku tries to fix it by hitting it, but that only makes the color 
disappear, turning the whole screen blue. Shun gets an idea. He goes 
back to school and tells the team his plan. The next time the 
Nejirangers appear, Mega Blue comes out alone and challenges Neji 
Blue. But then another Mega Blue appears, and another, until five 
Mega Blues are assembled. Neji Blue goes after all of them like a 
maniac, but Neji Red and Neji Black realize that their prey is also 
among the Mega Blues and they try to stop Neji Blue, fighting among 
each other. Neji Yellow again decides to sit back and watch. The 
teams fight for a while when suddenly a new voice booms through the 
air. From out of the smoke of battle walks -- Neji Silver! Kubota and
 the INET staff are shocked at this new enemy. He claims *all* of the
 Megarangers as his own prey and starts to attack the Nejirangers. 
Neji Black and Neji Red decide to leave while they can and figure 
things out later, leaving only Neji Blue. Neji Silver unmasks 
himself, revealing himself to be Yuusaku pretending to be Neji Silver 
to divide up the Nejirangers. He changes to Mega Silver, and with the 
*real* Mega Blue, defeats Neji Blue. But Neji Blue enlarges and 
changes into his true form, an ice creature named Neji-Bizarre. The 
rangers call on their vehicles and fight Neji-Bizarre, who freezes 
them in place with a cloud of cold. The Megarangers concentrate their 
energy to heating their exterior surface and melt the ice, then join 
with the Mega Wing to become the Wing Mega Voyager who destroys Neji-
Bizarre with the Winger Spartan. Javious once again feels pain, but 
Hinelar is not telling him the cause. Kubota scolds the Megarangers 
and Kubota for making him worry about a new enemy in Mega Silver, but
 forgives them and invites them all for yakiniku -- except Yuusaku, 
since Kubota says he doesn't want to treat Neji Silver. 



42. "Furikire! Jaaku na Tsuisekisha"
("Shake them Off! The Evil Pursuers")
Nejired/Nejiphantom, Nejiblack/Nejivulgar, Nejiyellow/Nejisofia (?)



Kouichirou is holding a meeting at the Digiken room at school to 
discuss their next plan of action against the remaining 3 
Nejirangers, but Miku and Chisato are missing. Kouichirou asks Shun 
and Kenta where Miku is, and they say she went Christmas shopping. 
Kouichirou is mad that she is shopping at such an important time, and 
proceeds to lecture Shun and Kenta who are wondering why they have to
 listen to him. 

Meanwhile, Dr. Hinelar asks the Nejirangers why they haven't been 
able to defeat the Megarangers. They tell him not to worry, since 
they have collected enough data on the Megarangers to be able to 
identify their voice and movement patterns. They go to Earth, change 
into civilian forms wearing black clothes, and start scanning 
everyone they see trying to match their collected Megaranger data. 


Chisato calls the Digiken room from a pay phone telling Kouichirou 
about a Christmas party she is planning. He is outraged at such an 
idea at a time like this, and yells at her for suggesting it. But 
Nejiyellow is nearby, and has identified Chisato's voiceprint. She 
heads for the phone booth and pulls out the person inside, accusing 
her of being Mega Yellow -- but when Nejired and Nejiblack arrive, 
they tell her that the voiceprint is different now and this is not 
Mega Yellow. Chisato, who had just left the phone booth, hides behind 
a corner and hears the trio talking. She realizes that she cannot 
call Kenta and the others or they will identify her voice again, so 
she rushes back to the Digiken room. When she gets there, she tells 
the others about what has happened, and they realize that the trio in 
black must be the Nejirangers. (I don't know why they're not afraid 
to speak while in the Digiken room -- is it soundproofed or 
something?) They realize that Miku is in danger, but they can't call 
her on their Digitizers so they send a message to her pager: "Don't 
speak. The Nejirangers are around." Miku (who has bought a Christmas 
present for Shun) wonders what is going on, and makes sure not to 
speak. She calls the Digiken room from a pay phone but can't say 
anything. Kouichirou realizes that it must be Miku, and he tells her 
to tap the receiver if it is her. After confirming that it is Miku, 
he tells her to come back to the Digiken room and to be careful of 
three people dressed in black. She hangs up and starts to head back, 
suspiciously looking around her. (She accidentally bumps into a punk 
guy who confronts her and tells her to say something, and she escapes 
by winking at him and kissing him on the cheek, then runs away 
gagging to herself) At a crosswalk, however, she sees a baby carriage 
across the street starting to roll into the street, while the baby's 
mother talks to someone on the side. She can't let the carriage just
keep going, so she screams "Watch out!!" and the Nejirangers 
immediately lock on to the voice print. 

Kouichirou and the others realize that Miku may be in trouble, but 
they don't even know where she is until Kouichirou remembers the 
sound of carnival rides in the background when Miku called them. They 
can't go to help her, so they call Yuusaku. Nejiyellow is all set to 
attack Miku but the others stop her so that they don't make a mistake
 again, and wait for a second voice confirmation. Nejired comes up to 
Miku and gives her back something that she had dropped, and when she 
doesn't say anything the other two join them and tell her to say 
something. But Yuusaku, dressed as a Santa Claus, appears, dancing 
around and handing out flyers, then disappears around a corner. The 
Nejirangers recognize Yuusaku as Mega Silver and hear him talking to 
Mega Pink from around the corner. They leave Miku and try to find 
Yuusaku, who has vanished. Kouichirou and the others come out of 
hiding and join Miku, while the Nejirangers chase after Yuusaku and 
(supposedly) Mega Pink. But Yuusaku has a stereo attached to the back
 of his motorcycle playing tapes of Miku's voice, and he uses this to
 lure the Nejirangers to a construction site where the Megarangers 
confront them. The 6 Megarangers fight the 3 Nejirangers and finally 
defeat them using the "Hyper Digital Formation" attack. Hinelar tells 
the Nejirangers to use more energy and defeat the Megarangers. The 
Nejirangers enlarge into their true forms: Nejired becomes 
Nejiphantom, Nejiblack becomes Nejivulgar, and Nejiyellow becomes 
Nejisofia (?). The Megarangers call the Mega Voyager but can't beat 
the 3 enemies at once. Then Mega Silver arrives with the Mega Winger 
and Delta Mega, making it a 3 on 3 fight. Using each of their deadly 
attacks, the Megaranger mecha defeat the Nejirangers -- or so they 
think. The Nejirangers are still alive, and Nejivulgar traps the Mega 
Voyager with a tentacle while Nejiphantom and Nejisofia hold back the 
Mega Winger and Delta Mega. A Nejire portal opens up and Nejivulgar 
starts to drag the Mega Voyager into it. Kubota tells the Megarangers 
to eject, but Mega Red refuses to abandon the Mega Voyager. Mega 
Black chops him on the neck to knock him out, then carries him out to 
escape with the others, as Nejivulgar pulls the Mega Voyager into the
 portal and closes it. 


43. "Makenai! Kessen wa Kurisumasu Ibu"
("We Won't Lose! The Decisive Battle is on Christmas Eve")
Nejired/Nejiphantom, Nejiblack/Nejivulgar, Nejiyellow/Nejisofia



The Megarangers apologize to Kubota for losing the Mega Voyager, but 
he tells them it is not their fault. The Nejirangers want to tell 
Hinelar that they have captured the Mega Voyager, but when Nejired 
goes to tell him he hears Hinelar telling Shibolena and Yugande about
 his future plans. Hinelar knows that Javious gets weaker and feels 
pain whenever the Nejirangers use their energy, since they were 
created from Javious' cells. When the Nejirangers defeat the 
Megarangers they will push their energy to the limit and that will be 
enough to kill Javious -- and the Nejirangers themselves. Then 
Hinelar will have all of Nejirejia under his control. When Nejired 
hears this he realizes that if they succeed in their mission, it will 
mean their own death, but he begins to formulate a plan.


A transmission comes over the INET viewscreens showing the Voyager 
Machines scattered in an open forest area. Kenta is ready to rush in 
and grab them, but Yuusaku tells him to use his head since it is 
obviously a trap. Yuusaku brings the Delta Mega and Mega Winger down 
to fight with the Nejirangers, while the Megarangers use the Digitank 
to burrow underneath the Voyager Machines and reclaim them from the 
ground. Nejired and Nejiblack enlarge and engage the Delta Mega and 
Mega Winger, but when the Megarangers enter their Voyager Machines, 
Nejiyellow is watching from hiding. She concentrates, then 
disappears. The Megarangers form the Mega Voyager and start to fight 
Nejiphantom and Nejivulgar, but suddenly their controls lock. 
Nejiyellow's voice comes over their speaker, saying that she has 
become one with the Mega Voyager and it is now her puppet. She takes 
control, using the Mega Voyager to attack the Mega Winger and Delta 
Mega. Nejivulgar captures the two robots and shackles them to a cliff 
face. Nejiphantom tells them that they will soon be killed, and 
disappears. Nejired reappears in the Death Nejiro fortress and 
confronts Hinelar, demanding that Hinelar give them eternal life in 
exchange for their destroying the Megarangers. Hinelar fires a beam 
at Nejired's head that robs him of his free will, so that now all he 
wants to do is beat the Megarangers. He returns to the battle and 
pulls Mega Red out of his cockpit to fight him on the ground. Mega 
Red is nearly beaten but the Galaxy Mega flies down, piloted by 
Kubota and an INET crew, and distracts Nejired long enough for Mega 
Red to blast him and enter the Galaxy Mega cockpit. Kubota tells him 
that if he concentrates the Galaxy Mega's ion pulse power into the 
Denji Saber, he should be able to force Nejiyellow out of the Mega 
Voyager. Megared enlarges into Nejiphantom while the Galaxy Mega does 
as Kubota instructed, trying to force Nejiyellow from the Mega 
Voyager. Nejiyellow is almost beaten when Nejiphantom, who now is a 
singleminded Megaranger-killer, interferes and says that only he will 
destroy the Megaranger robots. He forces the Mega Voyager and Galaxy 
Mega apart, and then starts to attack the Mega Voyager with 
Nejiyellow inside, babbling that it is his duty to destroy the 
Megarangers. 

Meanwhile, Mega Red uses the Galaxy Mega to free the Mega Winger and 
Delta Mega. Nejiphantom's attacks send Nejiyellow flying from the 
Mega Voyager. Nejiphantom fires a beam at Nejivulgar and Nejiyellow, 
with the same effect as the beam that Hinelar fired at him -- they 
too are robbed of their free will and only care about destroying the 
Megarangers. Nejiyellow enlarges into Nejisofia and the three of them 
prepare to fight. The Galaxy Mega and Delta Mega combine into the 
Super Galaxy Mega, making it a 3 on 3 fight. The 3 Nejirangers 
combine their powers to unleash a powerful energy blast. To withstand 
the energy, the Megaranger mecha get into a triangular formation with 
the Mega Voyager in the lead. Kubota tells them that if they can hold 
out until the enemies' power reaches its peak, they can destroy them 
by concentrating their own energy into the Voyager Spartan. The 
Nejirangers keep drawing energy from Javious until their powers 
peaks. The Mega Voyager fires the Voyager Spartan at them and 
destroys them, also destroying Javious in the process. The 
Megarangers celebrate their victory with a Christmas party, but 
Hinelar says that everything now belongs to him. 


44. "Okiraku! Kenta no Toshikoshi Soudou"
"Relax! Kenta's New Year's Eve Confusion"



[This is mainly a flashback episode, with clips taken from battles 
and strategic moments from the entire series]

Kenta has gone to buy film but when he checks his wrist he finds his 
Digitizer missing. As he searches, the others are busy cleaning the 
Digiken room. While Kenta stresses out about losing the Digitizer, he 
remembers the times he has used it and the battles the Megarangers 
have fought. Chisato accidentally pulls something crashing down on 
top of her in the Digiken room. It turns out to be the red Cyber 
Slider. While cleaning the lockers, Shun finds the Drill Saber and a 
bunch of photographs. They are of Kenta holding the Drill Saber (in 
his Kenta form) and posing with the Cyber Slider against the wall and 
in another shot, holding a Mega Red action figure with his Digitizer 
strapped around it. Kouichirou is extremely ticked off, and calls 
Kenta's Digitizer, but they hear it chiming from somewhere in the 
Digiken room. Kenta decides to fake a broken arm to explain why he is 
late to the Digiken room, but when he arrives everyone tells him 
about how important their Digitizers are and how they must take very 
good care of them. Kenta is sweating and Kouichirou shoves the Mega 
Red action figure and Digitizer in his face, saying that he found it 
behind the computer. Then Kenta remembers that as he was posing and 
taking pictures, he ran out of film and went to buy some, hiding the 
Digitizer behind the computer for safe keeping. Kenta says that he 
was planning to make New Year's Cards with the photos, but only to 
give to them. Kouichirou is, of course, ready to kill him. 


At the INET control room, a technician notices a strange signal that 
is not quite a Nejire reading but is still out of the ordinary. 
Kubota calls the Digiken room to find everyone ganging up on Kenta 
and horsing around together. Instead of making them check out the 
signal, Kubota just wishes them a Happy New Year. But the signal is 
an important one, since it is the sign of the Death Nejiro fortress 
appearing over the Earth.

[This episode has a montage segment of highlights for each 
Megaranger. In the background, an English-language version of the 
theme song is playing and while it's nowhere near as crazy as the 
Carranger one, it's still hard to figure out what they're saying. 
What I could make out from this song is included in the song lyrics 
section] 


45. "Shibutoi! Hineraa no Dai Gyakushuu"
("Stubborn! Hinelar's Great Counterattack"
Togebari Nejiraa (Thorn-Needle Nejilar)



The civilian Megarangers are at a temple praying for various things 
in the new year. They meet Shintarou and Jirou, two other students 
who appeared in Episode 6 (I think). Shintarou is a big guy who 
doesn't speak much, but whispers what he wants to say to Jirou, a 
smaller guy who then relays Shintarou's message. Shintarou likes Miku 
but the feeling is not mutual. Shintarou asks Kouichirou to help him 
study or something (I didn't understand this conversation) since they 
have to take their college entrance exams soon. 

The Death Nejiro fortress in the Nejire Dimension is rocked by 
disturbances in the surrounding space. The entire Nejire Dimension 
disappears, and Shibolena and Yugande wonder what is going on. 
Hinelar appears holding a metallic boxlike object, and tells them not
 to worry. What he has is the Javious Heart, and it is all that is 
left of Javious after the Nejirangers expended all of his energy. 
Hinelar tells them that Javious' true form was a giant energy field, 
and without it the Nejire Dimension cannot exist. The Death Nejiro 
now appears over the Earth. Before an assembly of Kunekune, Hinelar 
says that with the power of the Javious Heart at his command, the 
Earth will soon belong to Nejirejia. He has started construction of 
the Hinelar City on Earth, and Shibolena brings forth Togebari 
Nejilar to gather workers for its construction.


A bus appears in town advertising the "Super Infinite Ability 
Seminar", which is guaranteed to make anyone who takes it super-
intelligent. Shintarou and Jirou see the bus and Shintarou, wanting 
to become smart, rushes for it, asking the driver (Shibolena in 
disguise) to be let on board. The bus speeds away with Shintarou and 
a bunch of other people on it. In detention (?) or some kind of make-
up class, Jirou and Kenta are taking some kind of exam. Jirou wonders 
where Shintarou is, when he walks in the door (looking a little 
pale), takes his exam paper, and sits down. The only thing different 
is a metallic ring on his ear. In a matter of seconds he is finished, 
and when the teacher checks his paper it is a perfect score. Later, 
several girls come up to Shintarou and ask how he became so smart. He 
leads them into an auditorium where he fires needles at them, which 
cause rings to appear on their ears as well. They follow him to the 
bus stop where the Nejirejia bus passes.

Kenta and Jirou are looking for Shintarou. Jirou is very worried and 
he tells Kenta that when he was a kid, he (Jirou) was always picked 
on by the other children, but Shintarou protected him. That's why 
they are so close now, and why he wants to find out what has happened
 so badly. He realizes that Shintarou only started acting strange 
after getting on the bus, so Kenta tells Jirou to go to the Digiken 
room and tell the others, while he goes to check out the bus stop. He
 gets on board but when he goes inside he sees that inside the bus is
 a long corridor that leads to an open area. As he runs down the 
corridor, he is attacked by Togebari Nejilar who fires needles at 
him, making the same metallic ring appear on his ear and placing him
 under the monster's control. Jirou tells the others about the bus 
and that Kenta went after it, so the next time the bus comes by they
 are waiting for it. They tell Jirou to wait there while they go and 
see what's going on. The four of them get on board but Jirou sneaks 
along after them. They follow the corridor and it leads to a huge 
city with twisted architecture and a giant statue of Dr. Hinelar. 
They see Kunekune leading people somewhere and when they see Jirou 
wandering around, they pull him aside and say that he shouldn't have 
followed. He tells them that he had to try to help Shintarou. The 
group splits up, and Miku, Kenta and Jirou come across a "factory" 
where Kunekune are being made. Two personnel come out and start to 
attack them, and they realize that the two are Kenta and Shintarou. 
They try to fend off the two, when Kouichirou notices the metal 
earrings and realizes they are being controlled. When Shintarou 
rushes toward Miku, Jirou throws himself in the way and tries to 
reason with Shintarou, but Shintarou knocks him aside unconscious. 
Mega Blue and Mega Yellow arrive at the scene, and when Kouichirou 
tells them about the rings they shoot off the rings from Kenta and 
Shintarou's ears, releasing them. Shintarou is unconscious as well, 
as Togebari Nejilar appears and attacks. Kenta, Kouichirou and Miku 
Install and they fight and defeat Togebari Nejilar. Bibidebi enlarges
 him, they call the Mega Voyager, and although Togebari Nejilar's 
thorns are making them go numb, they manage to destroy him. They go 
to revive Jirou and Kouichirou, but before they can save the other 
people, the Hinelar city disappears and they find themselves back in 
town. They vow to find the city again and save the remaining people.
