Anaera woke up again. She felt highly disoriented, but otherwise well-rested and strong. She rubbed her eyes. Where was she? What was she doing? And most important: where were her clothes?

She groaned. It was coming back now.

She gasped. It was *all* coming back now. A few happy tears ran down her face as she thought of her father. "I wonder what my new powers are?" she asked herself as she absently pulled some clothes out of her HammerSpace. First, she put on underwear. She then donned a simple dove gray dress that she had gotten somewhere. She remembered she had bought it because she liked the way it mimicked the drape of a religious robe, but had a more flattering fit and was more maneuverable. It had flaring long sleeves, and a long flaring skirt that was slit in front and back for riding. Under it, she put on black leggings and then some gray ankle-boots. She checked her hair. It was all there! She had fretted a moment, thinking it might have been annihilated in the battle. But, it was still all there, neat in the braids. She wondered a moment at the strange new tint to her skin -- a sort of blue-gray undertone.

Oh well! She needed to worry now about where she was! She looked around. She was back at Disneyland! She was standing on top of a building on Main Street. And there was one serious battle going on down there! She must have been *way* out of it to miss that fact.

She'd best prepare. She reached into her HammerSpace to pull out her ordinary katana, but first pulled out a small pouch and a note. It was a black leather belt pouch and the note with it said:

"We put together an Olympian care package for you! Some of us put protections on that smashing gray dress, so it, and you, should survive just about anything! Everyone else put a little something in the pouch for you!
Love,
Sephie"

Anaera smiled at her stepmother's thoughtfulness and at the change in the other gods that made them so willing to help. She took a peak in the pouch and the first thing she saw was another piece of paper. It was a receipt for the power transfer! It told her what powers she had gained.

"1 power of lycanthropy, form unknown."

"2 powers of magic: 1- Tiramisu, the Decadent Magic, 2 - the Genesis Invisible Touch, magic of illusion."

"Service rendered in lieu of payment."

Anaera was confused. Too bad! She didn't have time for confusion because more trouble was coming. Here came Scar-neck on that dragon thingie. Not again! She wanted to hide. Maybe she should try her new magic...

"TIRAMISU!" she cried, instinctively. It did have an effect. It summoned up a delicious tiramisu dessert, and her Guardian, on a silk pillow.

"Try something else," the mouse said in a *female* voice.

Anaera was startled yet again. It was her Guardian, she could feel it, but...

"Eurydice?" she asked, and knew it at once to be true. They shared a brief moment of joy.

"Try another new power!" Eurydice insisted. The Guardian looked at the receipt and thought quickly. "Well, they're all unusual. Lycanthropy means you can shift form, but unlike shape-shifting, you only have one alternate form, although some can have as many as two. Tiramisu will summon up something you need, unpredictably of course, along with a yummy tiramisu. The last one is illusion magic, and one that'll work well in conjunction with the Helmet of Darkness."

"The Helmet! I almost forgot!"

Anaera swiftly put on the Helmet of Darkness and hoped it was in time. For good measure, she sang softly:

"She seems to have an invisible touch..."
