What do you wear, my Lady?
I wear robes and a veil.
What do you wear, my Lord?
I wear a black vest

What do you do Lord?
I participate in hunting tournaments and tell the serfs their daily duties.

What do you do, My Lady?
I look after the household and I am in charge of affairs if the Lord is not here.

Lady, what happens to your children?
I teach my daughters to weave.  My daughters are engaged to be married very young.  They
become   wives at fifteen.  My boys leave me at age eight.  He may be a page or go to a school in
a monastery.

What do you eat in a feast?
Roast pig, eel pie, venison, chunks of bread, spicy sauce.  And for a special occasions, roast
peacock.

Where do you live?
I live in the strongest part of the castle, which has few pieces of furniture.  Clothes are stored in a chest that is used as a seat, also.

Do you live with the Lady?
Yes, I do.  She does the housework, while I say the law.
