Now about me:

.....Im a 58 year old mother of four wonderful daughters, ten adorable grand children, five boys and five girls. I have been married for 39 years, and yes your right, I was young....But God has been good to me and blessed me with many rewards. I come fom a large family of eight, five girls and three boys, and was fortunate enough to have a twin sister. Were as different as night and day, but we are very close ... I have many things that I love to do but sewing is the one that is my favorites... I have sewn about fifteen wedding gowns and around seventy five formals or bridesmaid dresses... I like to make the garters and the pue markers to match the attire of all the bridal partys and usually donate them to the bride... I am a lover of the out doors as well, not sports minded at all but I do volenteer work for our provincial parks... Its called camp hosting here and that just means helping with what ever jobs they need help doing.  In my spare time, not that I have a lot, I like to write poems. I have a few on the net, already but you will see some on my page as well...

You'll soon see I love life, I love people and I sure love my family and friends. To give is more rewarding than to receive, to bless is more rewarding than to be blessed... I love music, gospel and country.

Though life has been good, I have not been without my share of sorrow either. In 1991 we lost a three month old granddaughter to SIDS.....Jessica Elaine Bier was and always will be in our hearts and our love......This fall 1998, we lost a grandson, this time a fullterm stillborn.....Sheldon James Gray.

Please visit
HEAVENBOUND MEMORIALS.. They are both listed there along with a poem that I wrote. Be a supporter its a worth while cause.

I have just resently discovered that I am a celiac , For those of you who dont know what that is , Well its a intolerance to glutten...Its in more food than you would ever imagine so is a real learning exsperience for me... I will try to add a page to help others who suffer from this and maybe in some small way help to make understanding the disease a little easier..

Well thanks for reading this and please enjoy my pages. I hope they will give you pleasure.

I may never see tomorrow

I may never see tomorrow; there's no written guarantee
And things that happened yesterday belong to history.
I cannot predict the future, I cannot change the past,
I have just the present moments, I must treat it as my last.

I must use this moment wisely for it soon will pass away,
and be lost forever, as part of yesterday.
I must exercise compassion, help the fallen to their feet,
Be a friend unto the friendless, make an empty life complete.

The unkind things I do today may never be undone,
And friendships that I fail to win may nevermore be won.
I may not have another chance on bended knees to pray,
and I thank God with a humble heart for giving me this Day.
