NOTES: Awhile back, in the old roleplaying games that PJ and I used to do, I created a girlfriend for Questa, someone who
understood his pain. Her name was Shelby Sloan and she helped Questa take his freedom into his own hands and stand up to
his abusers when they kidnapped him. Recently in the world I've created for the Guild members, Shelby left, citing an inability
to deal with Questa's problems in overcoming his past. However, that was a lie, something Shelby made up to prevent Questa
from stopping her or going after her. This is the story of Shelby's mission and her return to New Orleans. Her return will change
Questa's life, as Shelby's love for him is like a tourniquet bandaging his wounds and healing them forever. I don't own Questa or
the other Guild members. I do own Shelby, Stephen, Questa's abusers and the story itself. Not making any money. I write for
myself and my readers. Oh, and to silence the muses for a little while. And in case you're wondering, yes, the muses and I have
been listening to Evanesence quite a bit lately. Enjoy.
Also, regarding the numerical system I have going on down there, the first number is the part, the second number is the chapter, so 1-1 means Part One, Chapter One.
