And every hacker knows if he gets one password to try the same password somewhere else. Remembering passwords are hard but I have came up with a way to keep your passwords on paper without people knowing they are passwords. You know all them business cards that you get all the time now is the time to use them. First off I would keep my passwords all numbers if you can. If it's a number then just write it on back of one of them business cards. For example: Iris C Quaker (679) 555-5678 And there you have it Iris C Quaker is ICQ and then numbers are the password. Now lets say that your password is a word like "Pong". In this case you would just take the word and make a phrase. For Example: "Party Ostriches Never Grow" Let's say if someone does find your cards they wont know they are passwords. I think this Good with ATM numbers to just make it look like a phone number and put someone's name on top. I am telling you if someone dose hack your computer and gets one of your passwords and they are all the same you are screwed! According to Business Week, these are the most common used passwords: 1. YOUR FIRST, LAST, OR KID'S NAME 2. ''SECRET'' 3. STRESS-RELATED WORDS (''DEADLINE,'' ''WORK'') 4. SPORTS TEAMS OR TERMS (''BULLS,'' ''GOLFER'') 5. ''PAYDAY'' 6. ''BONKERS'' 7. THE CURRENT SEASON (''WINTER,'' ''SPRING'') 8. YOUR ETHNIC GROUP 9. REPEATED CHARACTERS (''AAAAA,'' ''BBBBB'') 10. OBSCENITIES, SEXUAL TERMS -=-==-==-=-==-==-=-==-==-=-==-==-=- Kraek Kraek@tfz.net http://members.tripod.com/hack_texts/ -=-==-==-=-==-==-=-==-==-=-==-==-=-
