Within a week,they were in Cananda. After Montreal and Calgary,they headed for Toronto. They arrived at the hotel 8am the day of the concert.

"Rebecca my arm hurts,"Zac complained as they were watching Much Music.

"What's wrong with it Baby?"

"It hurts."

"Well i know that."

"I think i might have pulled a muscle or something."

"Well you beat those drums hard enough." She gently rubbed his upper arm and shoulder.

"Rebecca! Telephone for you!"Taylor yelled.

"Ok,"she continued to rub Zac's arm and grabbed the phone,"Hello?"

"Rebecca!"

"Hailey! Omigosh! I haven't seen you in 3 years!"

"I know. How have you been? Besides going out with the Zac Hanson!"

"I've been great! You?"

"Wonderful! I got those backstage passes you sent me for tonight."

"Great! Are you coming?"

"You bet."

"Cool. Just don't look too good,you always took the guys away from me,"Rebecca teased.

"He's attached to you Rebecca,"Hailey laughed.

"I know,I'm glad."

"Well i'm glad for you. I have to go. See you tonite."

"Ok. Bye!"

"Bye!"

"Who was that?"Zac asked.

"Hailey. A friend of mine that moved here from Carolina."

"Cool. The one that you sent the pass to?"

"Yeah,she's coming."

"Cool."

"HAILEY!"Rebecca squealed

"REBECCA!" The two friends hugged eachother and jumped up and down.

"Hailey this is Zac,Zac..Hailey."

"Hi Zac."

"Hi Hailey." The night passed quickly with talk and yelling. Soon it was time to go.

"I'll call you Hailey,"Rebecca cried.

"Ok,I'll come see you sometime."

"Ok. Bye."

"Bye!" Everyone got on the bus.

"Where's Zac?"Diana asked.

"He said he was tired,he's probably sleeping,"Isaac stated.

"Oh ok." They drove all the way to New York City,for 8 hours(i have no idea how long it takes). Since everyone did get sleep,they woke up at 10 the next day in the bus.

"Zac?"Rebecca asked,walking to his bunk. No Zac.

"Has anyone seen Zac?"Rebecca asked.

"Nope. Is he not asleep?"Walker said.

"Uh uh. Omigosh! He's not here!"Rebecca screamed.

"Ssshhh! It's ok. Call Hailey." Rebecca grabbed the phone franticly.

"Hailey! Do you have Zac?!"

"Yes! I didn't know how to reach you,the cell phone wasn't working."

"Oh thank God. We'll get him a plane ticket to New York City."

"Rebecca,the airlines just started a strike last night,"Hailey said.

"Dang it! How is he gonna get here?"

"I don't know. I don't suggest driving all the way back up here now. It's Monday,why don't you come up Friday,or something. He fine."

"I don't wanna wait that long. But ok. Thanks Hailey. Take care of him for me."

"I will. You know it." They hung up,and evryone agreed on waiting a few days.

********************************Hailey's********************************

"I can't beleive they left me,"Zac said as they were watching Scream 2.

"They just thought you were asleep."

"I know,but still."

"Oh,c'mon,i'm not that bad company am i?"

"No,not at all." He looked at her brown hair and stunning green eyes. Suddenly,she jumped towards Zac and grabbed his shirt.

"Oh sorry,"she whispered.

"It's ok,"he pulled her back towards him.

"Zac,i can't lay on you like this,Rebecca is my friend."

"Hailey,you're not laying on me. It's Scream 2,it's scary,she won't care." But deep down,he knew she would. There was just something about Hailey though,something exciting and new.

Zac sunk down on the couch.

"Miss her?"

"You have no idea." They went into the kitchen.

"Zac,do you love Rebecca?"

"Are you crazy? Of course i love her. I love everything about her,that way she talks,the way she moves. I don't know,i just love her."

"She's so lucky."

"Why?"

"You love her unconditionaly,you would do anything for her,and you tell from the way that you kiss her that it's for real. I've never had anyone to kiss me like that."

"You mean like this?" He leaned closer to her and laid his lips to her's sweetly.

"Zac..what was that for?"

"You said you had never been kissed sweetly before. So i fixed that."

"Is that how you kiss her?"

"I can't kiss you like i kiss her." She just nodded and sat down at the table with him. He looked at her and as she looked at him,turned his head.

"What's going on with me?"he thought,"I'm attracted to her,i like her,but what about Rebecca? Don't i love her? Yes,i do. But there's nothing wrong with a little flirting."

"Zac,hello! Earth to Zac!"

"Oh,sorry. I was kinda spaced."

"I'm sorry,i shouldn't have let you kiss me."

"No,it's ok." He walked back upstairs and sat down to watch some more of the movie. She followed and sat on the couch,with him laid out on the floor.

**********************************Wednesday****************************

Zac laid in the guestroom bed and glanced at the clock...12:33pm. He rolled over and tried to sleep. True,he and Hailey had only kissed that once,but there was just something about her.

"Zac,you asleep?"Hailey asked walking in.

"Oh,hey. No."

"Me neither. Wanna go downstairs and get a coke?"

"Sure."

"Zac,you have to tell Rebecca about what happened."

"Hailey,it was just a small kiss. Nothing else."

"I know. But Zac,Rebecca is my very good friend. I don't her to get hurt."

"She's gonna get hurt if i tell her."

"It's gonna hurt more if it comes from me,and not you. She loves you,she isn't gonna just walk out on you."

"Ok,i'll tell her." They grabbed some cokes and ran back upstairs. He laid in the bed thinking,again..'Ok,how can this be happening? I love Rebecca,but i like Hailey. But do i want to give up Rebecca for Hailey? No,i love Rebecca. And Hailey would think i was a jerk if she knew that i liked her,and was going with Rebecca,and she's Rebecca's friend. God this is confusing. Wait! Taylor said that this happened to him once. It's natural to have small things for girls,and think they're beautiful when you're going with someone." With that thought,he rolled over and fell asleep...He was standing in a field,Rebecca in his arms. The silver necklace hung gracefully on her as he laid his lips on her's. Suddenly he shot up in the bed.

"It was a dream,"he murmered aloud,"A dream. Oh God,what have i done?" He drifted off again.

"Zac,wake up. Rebecca just called. They're coming later today,"Hailey smiled.

"Oh..ok." Hailey walked out and he sat up in the bed and sighed.

"This is gonna be hard,"he said aloud.

"What is?"Hailey asked,walking back in.

"Telling Rebecca. Hailey,i'm sorry. I never meant for that too happen. It's just,i don't know. Something about you,i just wanted it. I know you think i'm a jerk for making move on my girlfriend's friend,but i'm not. I'll prove it somehow."

"You don't have to prove it. It's happened to me before. My boyfriend kissed another girl after we got serious,it's like a hormones thing. But,if you don't tell Rebecca,i will. She deserves to know,and besides,there's nothing between us."

"I know. Thanks." She smiled and walked out. Rebecca knocked on the door at 7:30 that night.

"Hi Hailey!"

"Hey Rebecca!" Hailey hugged her,"He's getting his stuff together. Rebecca,he's a good guy,don't let him do,no matter what."

"I know,i won't. Where did that come from?"

"I don't know. Just saying."

"Zac!!"

"Rebecca!!" They hugged and kissed. His regret was growing more and more by the second.

"Thank you so much Hailey,"Zac said,giving her a small hug.

"Anytime Zac. Bye."

"Bye."

"Bye Rebecca!"

"Bye!"

Zac watched Rebecca as she slept peacfully...what the hell was going on with him?

"I can't get Hailey off my mind,but that's crazy. I love Rebecca,i really do. I know that. Maybe this is some kind of weird hormone thing like Hailey said." Zac,quite confused,went to bed.
