For those who wonder, Omero is a Canadian spy (CSIS) working the hard shift. He's suave, though not as suave as he thinks he is, and smart, a LOT smarter than he usually acts. You'll notice an entry for both Skeeve AND the Cosmic Knight: He hasn't figured out they're the same person yet. He is also analytical, and here's his progress report so far to CSIS:

Preface
My recent experiences with this group of people has shown them to be as close to a team as can be without admitting it must be true. They have no team name, no leader, and the only thing close to a mentor is the priests at a temple of sorts. Even still, they have managed to form a cohesive group that have managed to make powerful enemies and be able to compete with international corperations. They are the only people on the planet who I can credit with being knowledgeable in Secret Blade. With their skills and resources they combined are most likely the largest experts on supernatural occurances in Tokyo Japan.

The Player Characters

Mujakiko Seizoshajamu
This girl's association with the team is much more borderline. She doesn't seem to have any supernatural talents apparent and the only visible traits is overwhelming innocence and facination with jam. She has strong contacts with the US, her parents owning a jam business that operates there. This business is almost definately entirely legitamite although I have not had time to investigate. She seems to have some training with martial arts but most likely the enemies she faces just don't have the heart to fight with her and let her win.p>

Ranith
Most definately a woman with secrets. Ranith is not even human. She is a half-dragon from what I have gathered. It most likely stems from legends of Japanese dragons as opposed to European myths due to the fact that she eats flowers instead of virgins. Her body has some shape shifting capabilites, shifting from the appearance of a human to something more bestial and reptillian in nature. She has a very blunt way of working and doesn't seem to have much sense of decency, battling one man while wearing only a skirt. Her appartment is supposed to be even more secure than Skeeve's and seems to at the very least have a magical closet. Skeeve doesn't seem to have anything to do with it which suggests more powerful magic users in the area.
Ranith has employers that are completely unknown to me in motive and identity. She doesn't even know who they are. The only thing known is they have major resources and multiple agents, one of which is an girl named 'Jeanice'. She seems to have taking quite a liking to Third though I'm not sure why, that's a creepy kid. Must be habit... that Yuuhi kid is very wierd too...

Kawatta Heishi
Kawatta is a pilot (driver?) in the JSSDF. Regretibly, he also knows that I have the plans for the MRCS and I've been fortunate that the JSSDF hasn't yet come after me. Perhaps he forgot to report this fact to HQ. If that's the case, I owe him one. Kawatta's most obvious trait is his Multiple Personality disorder. At last count, he is at 32 personalities and I am inclined to believe they are multiplying and dying... I have no idea what his original personality is or if it is still even intact. Telling him numbers seems to switch his personality which allows a certain ammount of control by his friends. The only prevailing trait that all personalities seem to have is an obsession with mecha. Kawatta's disorder stems from his use of the MRCS, the only known weapon in existance known to be a replacement for a tank platoon. There was a second MRCS in existance that had been captured, but Kawatta managed to defeat this one in combat and destroy it. The only copies of the plans are now in the hands of our Canadian Security Intelligence Service, the JSSDF, and possibly the Heaven Cent Corperation, the Mecha club of Tigurami High, and Secret Blade.

Doink (Akino Suzushii)
Doink seems to be a very moral girl. She's fairly insightful and puts alot of effort into being a 'good person'. She is gifted with these powers of ESP that seem to be rampant in Sci Fi movies. Her abilities range from psychic intrusion to to altering space and physics. She has, while within my eyesight, created flame, teleported herself and others she can touch, telepathically assault a man, pull thoughts from two people seperately with some severe backlash in one case, sensed psionic energies automatically, initiated a mental conferance with this entire team. She is also the primary contact between the team and a temple that seems to be devoted to the protection and schooling of psionicly gifted individuals. There is more information on this temple later with regards to Psi and Raion. One other thing of note, although I have next to no information on this subject, is that her appartment is haunted by a ghost that she has befriended and seems to be attuned to the psionic auras.

Tenshi Nekono
Tenshi is a pretty face. A pretty face off bounds for man kind. A pretty face in competition with mankind for all the other pretty faces out there. This lesbian also seems to have some very bizarre, very feline, traits. Many times when she has been annoyed, I could SWEAR I saw cat ears and a tail, but they seem to vanish as soon as they appear. She also has a particular aversion to the rain. Unlike everyone in the group except Mujakiko, she seems to have no other connections or supernatural powers.

Eugene Sichi
Eugene... Eugene is another very special individual. He is a genetically engineered person. His physical and mental properties have supposedly been maximized and I would not be suprised if there is some form of disease resistance in there as well. For all his customizations, each one seems to have taken a toll on his social development. His behaviour matches someone undergoing therapy for emotional developkment. He seems to almost be teaching himself to feel emotions. Whether these would be genuine emotions or calculated responses I can't tell. Maybe there isn't that much difference. As with Ranith, he works for some phantom group that I have no idea of the identities of. He refers to his bosses as Mom and Dad which further demonstraits his emotional deficiencies. It is possible these are the people who directly grew him however so it may be accurate. He has demonstraited technological aptitude but his reactions to the team suggest his experience with supernatural phenomenon is about the same as mine.

Skeeve Plowse
Skeeve Plouse is a practicer of of Magic. Evidence of its use has become too pronounced to be ignored. His talents lie in the range of divining and wards. As of yet, he mostly will not explain the principals of magic but the understanding I have is that the spells drain portions of peoples energy, fatiguing them from the casting. His magic also refers to the 'Astral Plane' but I don't know much about it except that it is closely related to the Spirit Realm.

Skeeve himself has confidence in his abilities until they are directly contested. His magics are mostly ritual in nature and of little use in combat situations. Either lack of any martial training or just plain being a chicken at heart keeps him from confronting people in other ways and he tends to retreat when physically opposed by anyone. I seem to be the only one that notices his lack of help when the crap hits the fan. In peace times, he seems to appreciate women a little more than is healthy but fortunately for everyone's sake, his interrest is on the redheads which keeps him from scaring off all of the women.

Skeeve seems to have particular interrest and attachments to Ranith. Since she's not a redhead, I don't quite know what it is, but its something to note. He is generally on good terms with the whole team and with little problems. His apartment is secure, most likely by magical means.

The Cosmic Knight
The self titled 'Cosmic Knight' is tied to this team and I don't know how this man is tied in with the group. Usually he shows up for everything Skeeve ducks and tucks for. This man also uses what seems to be magic but his skills are much more oriented to combat. His abilities include defensive shields, elemental attacks, sparkling beams of energy and even sleep spells. At one point he was able to summon up magical ice skates which were of some quality, nothing compared to the ones we have at home and didn't give him any skill at using them. His other magical talents involve illusions which he doesn't seem to have great skill in using despite how amusing they were. From his mannerisms he knows alot about the team and must be observing us somehow but I don't know how.

The Non-Player Characters

Reion
I've run into Reion only at a local temple frequently visited by my associates. At first glance, he possesses what seem to be psychic powers. This is not confirmed for certain yet, but he seems to have some strength at it too. His big connection to our group is through Doink. She and he share an attraction but are too shy to move on it. This means that his resources are available for the entire group to use as he wouldn't turn away one of Doink's friends.

Nikemo (Nikki)
The way to find this person is to look for an attractive woman. Yes, I said go trolling. Despite initial impressions Nikki is not a she but a he. This is even more confused by his strange desire to cross dress and fight crime. He takes the roll of a superhero but seems quite uncomfortable with it. He must really like it, or why else would he dress like that???[GM's note: Original concept belonging to Muskoka. Used with permission. "Mahou Shounen Nikemo!" Oh, and Kawatta believes Nikki's a real girl.]

Sentai
Sentai is a Fire Demon. For all the details on these 'Demons' see the appropriate report. He is the demon who seems to have mastery of the fire element to use for various purposes. He controlled two fire 'elementals', one male and one female. His male was killed in the first encounter and the female sadly destroyed herself the next day in a suicide attack. If only she could have been captured, maybe reformed.....

Sentai used his powers over fire in many tricks. The powers were clasified as 'Magic' by Skeeve and Doink, the two foremost experts I know in their respective fields. His powers included defensive barriers, summoning the elementals, and opening 'portals' (addressed elsewhere). His involvement initally was to kidnap local children. He siezed the Tokyo Tower by having it vandalized so it would be closed allowing him to work undisturbed. He then proceeded to use what was explained as some kind of a magical leech to absorb their 'energy'... some mystic mumbo jumbo but I wouldn't be suprised if it had to do with our souls.

The encounter in Tokyo Tower has resulted in his being bound within the Temple. He is unable to leave a room and his powers have been restrained to heating water. In exchange for protection now from his former allies whom are furious with him, he has been giving us information about Secret Blade, an extradimensional force working to conquer places. Normally I would question the value of his information but Secret Blade itself has tried to assassinate him for it.

Sentai has bonded with Yuuhi. He seems to enjoy tutoring the boy, but how much time is spent tutoring and how much time is spent in sexual relations (I don't know why it continues, must be a Japanese culture thing) but they are bonded. Sentai is on rough terms in general with the party, especially Skeeve, despite the favour we did him in slaying Touma, that bastard! It is through Sentai we learned Secret Blade's true purpose in collecting vast amounts of spiritual energy.

Sumire
An attractive young lady skilled in visual art. She seems to be a love interrest of Skeeve's, not a suprise from her red hair. She seems to be a security leak actually. Skeeve may tell her sensitive things and her parents are Zoicite and Kunzite (see entries). A careful eye should be kept on Skeeve when he is with her.

Katsumi
Katsumi was one of a pair that made up a 'superhero' team of Death and Rebirth. As Death, he had something to do with the case with Sentai, but was ineffective, leaving my team to deal with the situation. He seems to have an interrest in Sai of the romantic nature, unknown to Sai. Katsumi also is a psionic but his powers are unknown to me. All I know is he has a strong connection to 'The Temple'.

Sai
Sai is the other half, Rebirth, of the team Death and Rebirth (duh). He also has psionic powers that I do not know the scope of. He seems to have feelings for Doink. He also is strongly tied to 'The Temple'.

Yuuhi
Ranith's little cousin. He seems slightly out of touch with reality. He has been spotted chasing ducks in the pond. Normally a typical child behavior, but he is older than typical and he doesn't stop at chasing around the pond edge. He wades right in and catches them, kills them, and brings them home to eat. He is most definately not a normal kid and my working theory is he is the same species as Ranith.

Yuuhi is currently tutored by Sentai at the Temple, where the two have forged a powerful bond. Both as teacher and student, and as sexual partners. Normally, this is the exact kind of situation that would be avoided, but this is not my area to tread in. Maybe its just a Japanese thing. Maybe its because its a dragon thing and a demonic extraplanar thing. I don't know.

Gabriel
Third is... very special. Third first of all is a hermaphrodite. This makes it very awkward to address it. As such, I address Third as Third, but that is just a suggestion, if another means of address can be thought up, be my guest. Third is one of the very very select few capable of piloting the weapons systems known as MRCS, one of two I know. Third was recovered durring an incident involving the kidnapping of the mecha crew of the MRCS owned by Kawatta. After defeating Third in combat, Third was adopted by Ranith.

Third has a problem in that Third has no will of its own. Third has taken all orders given to Third without the slightest complaint. The only protests come when Third is forced to think of what Third wants to do or thinks should be done. This makes Third very easy to handle which is a double edged blade. Ranith has had an easy time caring for Third (Except for the Tom incident, see appropriate entry) and Third does what Third is supposed to. The double edge is that unknown to us, although suspected from me, Third followed any orders, including those of Secret Blade which was still in contact with Third. This lead us into a trap.

Third has only once shown a desire to do anything and that was to kill Tom in revenge. This was prevented by an order of Doink's. This was a controversial decision, but in the end prevented a cold blooded murder and was probably for the best. Reinforcing Third's will is an important step to recovery but creating a murderer is hardly desirable.

Zoicite
Seems to be related to Skeeve in some way. Something to do with his past. Everyone else seems to be familiar with him but I wasn't filled in with any details. I believe they had a mutual superior. Apparently Zoicite has also changed organizations since the previous incident and is now working with Secret Blade. Zoicite seems to have in the past had authority over Skeeve and many references have been made to Zoicite 'dominating' Skeeve in a very personal way...

Mikuro
Mikuro is Doink's older brother. He seems to keep a half-assed eye on his sister. He also (like EVERYONE Doink knows it seems...) has psionic powers and in fact seems to be stronger than Doink herself. Maybe not, but... He seems to have little interrest in any of her friends as he only seems to show up when she is around.

Taka Megane
Tigurami High rijichou. Not a bad guy. 'Friend' of Nikemo and his family.

The Principal
Obsessed with 'The Honour of Tigurami High' (TM). Real nutcase.

Yukai Kimochi
Formerly the Warumono High Rijichou, Yukai has vanished it seems. For the details of this disappearance, please see the entry on Chihan.

Chihan
Chihan was the Demon of Earth employed by secret blade. He was reported to be the strongest of the four. His magics lay not only in controlling elementals and energy shields, but also in the powers of illusion, capable of masking an entire office for long periods of time. When engaged in combat, he was only defeated by turning Eurie lose against him. She struck at his unknown (to us) weak point, a spiritual tree growing outside his office. It apparently was the source of his strength and by killing it, we killed him.

Chihan was battled when he led all of the group into his office to reward them for previous good work, under the guise of Yukai Kimochi. This must be stressed, his illusions were enough to fool the entire student, staff, and parent body of the school for an extended period of time. They entailed not only the identity, but the entire rijichou's office. Papers, files, everything.

Eurie
Eurie is the demoness of air for Secret Blade. The information Sentai provided names her as the second most powerful of them and something even their leader keeps an eye on. Not a hard thing to do, as she is particularly graceful and her airy nature allows for some gravity defying chest effects. Her air connection may grant her immense powers, but in addition to her effects on her appearance, it extends to her mind. As in, she's an airhead. She has a strong infatuation with Sentai and is currently trying to locate the hiding man. He has no desire to face her. As well, she is currently under the belief he is residing inside of a JSSDF Psionics research facility, of which none exist (to the best extent of Kawatta's willing to disclose knowledge).

[GM's note: Not entirely true, most of this. Perhaps Omero is wishing to mislead his superiors here?]

Touma
Touma, that bastard, is classified as an Ice Demon. He holds magical mastery over ice and cold in the same way as Sentai. He also controlled many elementals, formed of ice, and worked under the direction of Secret Blade. He and Sentai seemed to have a rivalry in the sense they only didn't kill each other because of their common boss and loyalties. Once Sentai was captured, he almost immediately tried to get us to battle Touma (that bastard) and fortunately for the fiery prisoner, Touma, that bastard, was quite obliging.

As a true bastard, Touma stole the property of our school. He specifically stole the school crest which supposedly had a powerful magical shield upon it and much magical power stored inside. This presented a problem for us as he decided to take refuge inside of a Heaven Sent Corperation laboratory/office building. Upon confrontation, he retreated and the crest was recovered. Our second encounter with the bastard Touma was after he had an American mercenary, employed by Heaven Sent, assassinate the leader of the Temple. The attempt was successful. The chase after the assassin (in his entry, see Tom) lead us to a changeroom where Touma was cornered and destroyed. His head earned us the limited good will of Sentai.

Tom
Tom Fergison is the assassin and mercenary hired by Heaven Sent. Originally, he was born in Arizona and enrolled in the Master Xia Liu School of Kung Fu, which he graduated in 1992. He achieved Black Belt 4th Dan before being removed from the school for suspicion of having abused the younger students. He was inducted into Heaven Sent, American Branch, for the bio-mechanical experimental studies. He was then transfered to the Japan branch where I encountered him.

Tom Fergison is the murderer of the Temple Leader. He snipered the leader through a window after committing sexual assault on Third. He proceeded to escape. We tracked him down to a warehouse and he challenged Ranith to personal combat. Ranith determined through combat that he has recieved cybernetic enhancements in the form of strength enhancements and has some form of body armor in the form of invisible metal scales like a fish that blend in with his skin. Doink was able to capitalize on Tom after Ranith failed to defeat him, Tom being not mentally reinforced. Psionically disabled, he has been placed in high security containment for rape. I do not believe he was convicted of the murder.

Jeanice
Jeanice is a woman that suprisingly little is known about. She seems to run a flowershop which is under the ownership of an unknown agent. The flowershop was previously set up in Germany and now is in Japan. The flowershop in Japan was staffed by a person commonly known as 'Jeanice' who was frequently heard talking to herself. Currently, she is in Japan and is the only known associate of Ranith. Both are working for an organization they themselves do not know. One last piece of information is that the flowershop seems to be one of the best secured locations in the world. Its electronic security is very thorough and I have reason to believe it is both warded against Magic and Psionics. It is stocked with many many small arms and explosives. The extent of the armoury is unknown.

Jeanice has inside of her head (unknown how) a device called the Lynx (or Links maybe, its name was never spelt for me). This is believe to be some form of AI, please see the report issued to me. However, the two of them combined seem to have no math skills. Even I can add better than they can. Jeanice is enough of a mystery that she is worthy of further investigation. I hereby volunteer to be the one to investigate her.

Alexandria
Alexandria is a Brittish Agent who has appeared recently. She was first sighted by me durring the assassination of the Temple leader. She was in the room in some sort of meeting when it occured. Records show that she has been missing for six months. I have a suprising report.

Alexandria has descovered the Brittish Secret Service has been infiltrated by Secret Blade. Her own superiors are her enemy and she has somehow come to odds with the demonic organisation. As a result, she has been laying low in Tokyo to gather data and protect her own life. The extent of the contamination is unknown. I recomend that her whereabouts be kept quiet for her own sake. I also am uncertain of whether revealing to her who I am is a good idea but believe that much could be gained by observing her and perhaps learning how the Brittish work. Once more, since I am already in position, I volunteer to take upon that task

Kunzite
The companion and lover of Zoicite. It seems that Zoicite's life itself is the act of Kunzite, although I am not clear on how that happened.

Seraphim
Seraphim is the code name (or true name, you never know with these extraplanar types) of the 'regional commander' (for lack of a better title) of Secret Blade. Seraphim has been in charge of collecting energy to summon a much greater force into our world. Needless to say, this is a bad thing. Seraphim has had three 'lieutennants' working under him, the demons Chihan, Touma, that bastard, and Sentai.

A Mr. Seraphim is the executive of the Heaven Sent Corperation. Heaven Sent is an entire puppet corperation for Secret Blade on our planet. Very recently, we have discovered the true identity of Seraphim. Seraphim is in fact a female who runs the group home Third lived in before going under the care of Ranith. Seraphim is our current target. This better go well.

Seraphim
Seraphim is now deceased. Despite attempting to delay us with some misguided innocent children and an ambush, we were able to end the plans of this so called fallen angel. Seraphim's end scheme, as I understand it, was to summon three gods from some other planet or dimension and have them tip the balance. This was to 'attune' our planet for demon colonization. Fortunately, the fallen angel proved vulnerable to both bullets and the crushing power of tons of steel (the fist of MRCS, see appropriate entry). The plan was aborted violently. None of the three focuses remember the events. The focuses were three people selected to 'host' these 'gods'. I don't pretend to know exactly what that was supposed to mean, but it was a bad thing. The three were Gabriel, Sumire, and Nikemo.

Zoicite and Kunzite
The pair has now been slain in a skirmish before facing Seraphim in battle.

Jeanice
Jeanice is a she... she's... Jeanice is under a curse that makes everyone who sees her... it's affecting me now... never mind... I can't get this out right. I'm hereby going to recommend that I not be placed on the assignment of further investigating... her... Due to her familiarity with me, she would be on guard regarding me. Nick Bandares claims to have had success... interacting with the women here. I recomend you place him on the job. Investigating Alexandria would be enough of a challenge I would think it only appropriate the job be divided and I have a better lead with Alexandria.

Sumire
Sumire is now engaged to Skeeve. How long it'll last? Who knows, they're young. And he didn't get too much of a say in it...
