For those who wonder, Skeeve's a magician originally designed to play in the Sailormoon universe. In his school life, he's just plain ol' Skeeve Plowse, but in his secret life as a Superhero he's... The Cosmic Knight! Skeeve tends to wear a lot of purple and has a huge feather in his hat, but strangely, he's possibly the most heterosexual character in this game. He's got something of a dark background with the thunder roll Dark Kingdom, but he's over it now. Mostly. The only things remaining are a deadly fear of the Sailor Senshi (all of whom are out for his blood), respect for and fear of Kunzite (Malachite), a fascination with redheads, and a healthy desire to brutally kill Zoicite, who kept him around as a slave for a thousand years or so. Here you can see Skeeve's opinions on his companions and friends -- and the people he doesn't like so much.
Mujakiko Seizoshajamu
An innocent, niave dispenser of jam. Mujakiko is easily the most cheerful and optimistic person on this planet. She enjoys selling jam, especially rhubarb, along with free plushies. This drives both Kawatta and Doink absolutely nuts, although for different reasons.
She has a little doll that somehow creates an energy field around her to protect her. All that's known about it was that it was given to her by her older brother.
Ranith
A half-dragon, Ranith's past is shrouded in mystery. Seemingly aloof, callous and cold, there is a more tender and caring side to her, but it is reserved for those she has sympathy for -- or pities.
Ranith works for an unknown organization. Their goals are undiscovered at this point, but it is clear that she is often ordered to work with this motley group of individuals. Whatever their goals, it is obvious they take care of her.
Ranith and Skeeve don't exactly get along, but the sorceror has a secret respect for her after learning of the 'human' side to her.
Kawatta Heishi
An angsty mecha pilot. At least, the real Kawatta is. As a side effect of the MRCS project (his mech), Kawatta has multiple personalities, and, most of the time, he's goofy as hell.
Kawatta works for the JSDF. He's the first successful test pilot for the MRCS project. His mech is a virtual powerhouse, armed to the teeth, and he has a LOT of resources.
Kawatta originally had a crush on Ranith (he called her Lanith), however, he now has a crush on Nikki. He still doesn't realize Nikki's a guy. He's also obsessed with plushies.
Doink (Akino Suzushii)
A clueless ESPer. She's a rather powerful psionicist, but she doesn't have a firm grip on reality. She's far too cheerful, far too optimistic, and far too violent.
Apparently, psychic talents run in the Suzushii bloodline, as her older brother is an ESPer of no small significance. Powerful enough to program Doink, at any rate. Due to his torment, now whenever 'Rhubarb' or 'Cabbage' is mentioned, Doink freaks, and something blows up.
A guy named Sai (also an ESPer... how many of these people are there?) has a crush on her. She 'doesn't know how to let him know she's not interested', yet, she hasn't told him she's not interested.
Call her Akino, to get a rise out of her.
Tenshi Nekono
A lusty, busty, nutsy little sex kitten. Tenshi has a one-track mind, and that one track is sex. She wants as much of it as possible with as many different gorgeous girls as possible. That's right, Tenshi likes it 'that way'.
More relevantly, Tenshi is an actual cat-girl. She can usually disguise her ears and tail, but they occasionally pop out on their own. (Why and what triggers it is unknown). She can hold her own in a fight, which could pop up anytime, because she never thinks about the consequences of her actions.
Tenshi has no apparent contacts or affiliations, other than us.
Eugene Sichi
An abnormally perfect guy. New to our motley band of warriors. He's a crack shot, and there isn't anything that he doesn't seem to excel at.
He's got a huge phobia of medical labs. It's entirely possible that he was bioengineered, and left wtih many fearful memories.
He also calls his 'parents' for 'guidance'. Whether these are actually just the people who own him, or his realy parents.

Omero Kelvanicks
Entry 1: CSIS AGENT! CSIS SUCKS!! OMERO IS A DICK!!
Entry 2: A self-absorbed secret agent. Works for the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. He's got a real chip on his shoulders, and he's a big dickhead. Omero thinks he knows everything there is to know. He's not very subtle (he interrogated a shellshocked Third in front of the party at a fast-food joint) or very tactful (see above.).
Omero obviously has access to a lot of resources, as he's come up with some weird things (an electronic card reader lock breaker, for example), but he tends not to utilize those resources very much.
In all, he fancies himself a smooth operator and a ladies' man. One of these days he's going to get killed.
Reion
Runs the temple full o' ESPers. Is lusted after by Doink. Is a powerful ESPer himself.
Silku
Reion's little brother. Likes toffee. Doesn't like Tenshi. ESPer.
N-kun
Cursed. Little kid during the day, teenager in leather (eww!) during the night. Despicably bishy.
Nikemo (Nikki)
Looks like more of a woman than Catherine Devenuve. Transforms into Pretty Doll, and doesn't like it one bit. [GM's note: Original concept belonging to Muskoka. Used with permission. "Mahou Shounen Nikemo!"]
Sentai
Fire demon. Pain in the ass, but it's understandable. Spends 'quality time' with Yuuhi. Hates Touma. Worked for 'Secret Blade'.
Sumire
Gorgeous redheaded artist. drool Almost-kinda-sorta-maybe interested in Skeeve, maybe. (Magical talents, "sleeper")
Katsumi
ESPer. 'Transforms' into the superhero Death. Has a huge crush on Sai. Is perpetually depressed because of it.
Sai
ESPer. 'Transforms' into the superhero Rebirth. Has a huge crush on Doink. Possibly the most clueless person on the planet, not counting Doink.
Miss Akikami
Skeeve's homeroom teacher. Scary lady with a whip. Red hair, though...
Yuuhi
Ranith's 'little' cousin. Joined at the hip with Sentai. Hits on a lot of people, and is a 'little' creepy.
Gabriel
More commonly known as Third. A hermaphrodite mech pilot who was at the help of an MRCS test run. Seems a little 'lost'.
Zoicite
Dark General son-of-a-bitch. Dead meat when Skeeve gets to him. Works for a man named 'Seraphim'.
Mikuro
Doink's elder brother. He can be a sarcastic jackass at times, though. Likes to torment Doink.
Taka Megane
Tigurami High rijichou. Not a bad guy. 'Friend' of Nikemo and his family.
The Principal
Obsessed with 'The Honour of Tigurami High' (TM). Real nutcase.
Yukai Kimochi
Warumono High Rijichou. Not a good guy.
Touma
That Bastard. Works for Secret Blade. Hates Sentai. Ice demon.
Jeanice
Acquaintance of Ranith's. Works for the same organization. Talks to a computer-like voice in her head. Possibly a robot. Good with technological problems. No good at math.
Seraphim
Owns Heaven Sent Inc. Currently employs Zoicite. Real shifty bastard. Has access to pretty high-up magical resources.
Kunzite
Dark General evil jerk. Zoicite's lover. Only reason why Zoicite is alive.
Mamoru
Mujakiko's older brother. Nothing else is known about him
