In the following text there are a series of "instructions" that if
you live by these insructions you will be a little bit happier than
you are right now. These are simple insructions and ones that do not
take any energy at all. I try to follow these suggestions to fullest
of my ability becasue it is some really good advice. If you are the
type of person who does not like to take advice advice then I would
suggest linking off this page right now, but if you want to hear some
simple things that may make your life a little brighter then please by
all means, read on.

- Keep your watch 5 minutes fast
- Use seat belts
- Let people know what you will and won't stand for
- Return borrowed vehciles w/the tank full
- Never tell someone they look tired or depressed
- Don't be decieved by 1st impressions

- Lie on your back and look at the stars
- Don't believe people when they ask you to be honest with them
- Never waste a chance to tell someone you love them
- Start each day with your favorite music
- Don't tailgate
- Sign and carry an organ donor card
- Take a kid to the zoo
- Watch for big prblems, the usually hide opportunities
- Call your mother
- Don't judge people by ther relitives
- Be the first to forgive
- Smile when you answer the phone, the caller will hear it in your voice
- Lets friends help when they offer
- Only eat your mom's meat loaf
- Use a picture of a loved one as a book mark
- Don't let weeds grow around your dreams
