Chairman asked committee to consider planning applications because this was the last meeting before Christmas holiday Resolved: 35222/3 17 Crofters Court Access Object because access considered dangerous, it has caused complaints, it only came into regular use when complaints started, Highways Department did not consider it acceptable, property has existing access off Crofters Court 35231/3 2 Rydal Close Extension No objection 35253/9 Cotton Farm Illuminated signs Object to illumination which is not appropriate because property opposite to residential properties and also on the edge of open countryside |
