Council considered information (including model code) circulated to members and recommendation of Finance Committee 07-02-02 Resolved Model code of conduct be adopted. Members present completed the necessary declarations and registers. Agreed Clerk make arrangements for members not present to complete declarations and registers and thereafter Clerk to undertake his duties in making returns to the Monitoring Officer and Standards Board. |

Clerk reported on AGM. Association to continue but committee to consider change of emphasis to enabling contact between communities rather than concentrating on family links. First committee meeting to be arranged after Easter |

System now allowed for doors to be unlocked during meeting thus allowing public access. Agreed school safety must be respected |
