6 eggs in mixing bowl, add
1 cup flour, add
1 cup milk, add (optional)half teaspoon sugar.
Mix.

Pour pancake mix into one quart measuring bowl.
Turn stove burner to medium-high.
Use crepe frying pan or swedish pancake pan.
Use one inch wide, flat spatula for turning pancake.
Heat pan, add "CRISCO" to pan to keep from sticking.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of batter on pan, tilting pan to spread evenly.
Place pan back on burner.
Wait for pancake bubbles to open into holes, use spatula to turn pancake over.
Second side of pancake only takes a few seconds to cook.
Remove pancake from pan and serve.
Repeat steps.
